I think that ment he was a bit of a seeky character really. Wouldn't you agree that he became a bit less sus as the seris went on. It kinda shows a bit of evolution between his addiction with drugs and his more 'Í'll do anything side'which eventually led him to his death.
Remember in seris 1 and 2 how he went after drugs. He had his hood on. (seeky)
