| Why is it that when the losties first found her, her name was Rousseau, now every one including Sayid calls her Danielle? Did I miss something? I have been wondering this for a really long time. |

| Danielle is her first name and Rousseau is her last name, i.e. Danielle Rousseau. I don't think you watch a lot of the episode, this was known a while back (around Season 1 and/or 2) |

Yeah, i'd like to know something also. A couple episodes back when Jack brought his new girlfriend back to the Losties side of the island...(so frustrating, I can't think of her name right now!! Grrr) Anyway, they were doing her flashbacks of how she originally came to the island and when she was doing tests on and trying to save the pregnant women on the island, she mentioned to Ben that NO woman on the island, had ever made it to full term in a pregnancy. THat they had all died in about the 7th or 8th month. This was before Oceanic 815 crashed on the island or before they found Claire anyway. Had they forgotton about Rousseau and her daughter Alex that Ben had decided to raise as her own?? Rousseau I imagine had fallen pregnant before landing on the island, but they said no pregnant woman had EVER survived, whether pregnant before arriving or after arriving and Jack's Girlfriend had NOT been on the island for these 16 yrs.....so the medication she created that helped save Claire and Aaron obviously had no been created, so how did Rousseau manage to survive?? I remember when Claire was first saved from the Medical Hatch, and Rousseau and Kate went there to find whatever....didn't Rousseau say they had taken her there and kept her locked up there? So what was it they would have given her to help her survive and why did they need to take the baby from her?
Any thoughts on this?? |

The Others didn't know that already pregnant mums in their thrid trimester could survive, so that must be why.
also, when Dani came to the island she was in Labor on their first week their so she didn't need anything special.
i think the Others keep kids coz they want to give them prtection... or their pedi's (kidding)
i didn't know she was locked up. which ep said that? |

| yea ey man i agree theres sumfin weird cos, u c in 1 of bens flash backs, u c him cumin 2 da island. if its true that daniel came by solar race or however she sed she came, that wold mean that her n ben had intercousre on the island which wold mean that she wold b dead, cos of wat they sed about pregnant chiks, i can c wat ya mean |
