When Locke and Ben were in the little shak/hut
watever you want to call it Jacob said 'Help me' When Locke had his back to him.
So how come Ben didn't here him??
I think that Ben is keeping Jacob hostage maybe?
Cause ben seemed desperate to know what he said to locke? Maybe he thought jacob would say something bad to him??
Im sorta confused about this so any1 please ost your theorys.

I think that Ben heard what Jacob said but was trying to make Locke think that he couldn't. Basically Ben was trying to make it so Locke thought that because he could hear what Jacob was saying that Locke had some special say 'gift' that seperated him from the rest of the Oceanic survivors.
I think you might be right though about Jacob saying 'Help Me' and meaning it - he possibly could be being kept prisoner by Ben or maybe he is the only person who was conceived and born on the island which means that he can't leave and Ben found out ages ago and so he's been keeping him as a king of case study to help him with the so called research that he and his group have been carrying out.
Anyone else have any idea??? |

I think that Ben did hear what Jacob said but was trying to make out that he hadn't heard so that make Locke would think that he had some kind of 'gift' that seperated him from the rest of the Oceanic flight survivors.
But I think that when Jacob said 'help me' he really might have meant it. Maybe he is the only person who has ever been conceived and delivered on the island so he can't actually leave and Ben has known this for ages and has kept Jacob as a sort of case study to assist with all his other experiments. |
