| I highly reccommend checking out Secret Escapes. I was against going overseas for my surgery but I have done LOADS of research and spoken to girls who have been thru this company and have heard outstanding remarks. Google their feedback and read stories for yourself. Regardless, its def worth a look!!! |

| I am doing my research at the moment and am also wondering why people have said not to go to him. Do you mind me asking how much it is costing you? Do you know if he uses drains post-op? I am really hoping to convince my husband to let me get this done, but he is not sold on the idea. Knowing how much it will cost will be heaps of help. | Why not go to him? I had my consultation with him and am bookd in for 13 days time. He is a great docotr and many of my firends have gone to him for a Breast Augmentation and have had great results with no infection or anything. | I saw Dr Szalay and Dr Layt and still not comfortable. After reading this forum I saw Dr Ces. Dr Ces was the only doctor who listened to what I wanted. I now have a great cleavage and looking forward to summer getting my bikini on. | The reason why Dr Michael Szalay is so much cheaper is because he is a cosmetic surgeon and the procedure is carried out under twilight sedation not general anesthetic. It's cheaper hence your not paying hospital fees or anesthetist fees That's why he is cheaper. Maybe it's best to spend a bit more, seems a bit risky not having a qualified anesthetist.. He seems to be the only one doing it under sedation. | Mine was about that aswel with Dr Ces and worth every dollar of it, i love mine sooo much!! There is one doctor i went to see for a consult before i got mine done and he is mentioned on this page a few times and he was alot cheaper, but after doing a bit of research, i found out that when you have your op done, the anesthetic to put you to sleep is put in by an nurse, not by an anesthetist.!(Bit of a worry!) So my advise is, if someone is really cheap, find out why. |

| Hiya you lucky, breastically ( o )( o ) enhanced women! Can someone/anyone PLEASE tell me how much (in TOTAL) did the breast enlargement surgery cost with Dr Ces (Gold Coast)? And whether you got teardrop/round implants. People are mentioning that he is more expensive than other surgeons, but is worth the extra cost. How much more expensive are we talking (...1, 2, 3 grand more)? Thanks {:-D) |

| Hi, I had a breast augmentation with Dr Ces and would highly recommend him. I was always told not to skimp on cosmetic surgery so I was happy with the price etc with Dr Ces. The best thing to do is compare the before and after shots of each sugeon and see which style of breast you like most. I know Dr Ces seems to make the breast the way you would like it to look rather than all the same styles. So, I would recommend Dr Ces. :-) |

Can you PLEASE give me some details of your dealings with him, especially if he performed breast enlargement on you and there were problems? | Thanks for all your replys. I booked consults with Dr Ces & Dr Szalay today. All the feedback on Dr Ces seems really good! Dr Szalay is ALOT cheaper and I'm not sure why??? I am happy to pay more for a good job though. Anymore feedback in the meantime would be greatly appreciated. |
