| ok. showers and bath. you can do both.....if you have a bath it is better. it enables you to clean yourself properly. to get all the old blood off your skin, so you feel nice and fresh and clean...and you don't stink.especially with summer coming up and the heat will make you smell..please girls always stay clean...sometimes if you don't you could get a v a g i n a l infection....if you use pads, always change them regularly....don't let them "over fill" cause then you will "leak" and the back of your dress with get a blood stain...and that's embarassing, even at choll when the boys see it..... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| I got age 13 its alot thing to do like have sex but scared to do it because to have a baby. ************************* ************************* **** ladies.....just because you have a period...does not mean you have to have sex. you are much too young for this. do not let anyone talk you into doing it....no one! having sex is something you do with someone you LOVE...and if you have sex too early and your body is not ready you can do alot of damage to yourself...and you may need to get stitched up by a doctor....and if you don't use condoms, you can catch a desease and or have a baby. and that's hurts. i've had 2 children..even as a grown-up it hurts... |

| hello to all you beautiful young ladies. my name is tracey. i am 45.....so if i can help you in anyway, just ask......have any of you spoken to your mum's about this ? 1. your period only stops WHILE your in water. not really. if you use pads, no swimming. but with t@mpons you can swim. 2. if you are not having a regular period, every 3 -4 weeks there may be a problem. usually means you are not ovulating properly. nothing to do with your body getting into a "routine" as CMSPANO stated..u usually ovulate 7 days after the period ends.but again every girl is different. only a doctor can fix that, which means they put you on the "pill". to build up the estrogen levels in your body. 3. being on the pill does NOT mean you can have sex.....if you are having sex at your young ages. this is wrong...there are too many STD'S out there for you to catch. and having babies..talk to your school councelor about it, if you can't talk to your mum...or ask an aunty.... 4. women usually have a period untill they are 50. which someone mentioned earlier "menopause", i have just started this at 45, some start earlier, some can still mestrate till over 50....it is up to your body.... |

| Hi Sidster9, Don't worry too much that you haven't started your period yet. Every girl is different and you will start your period when your body is ready to. I was 13 years old when mine started and yet other girls start earlier or later in life, so hey don't worry, it will happen one day! |
