| Personally I would ring RSPCA and tell them. It is so wrong what she is doing to the poor dog. You have to wonder how she would feel if she was tied up in the outside 24/7. | Hi I need to vent...but to make this short, i'm frustrated and tired and fed up w/ my neighbor. She puts her dog outside and leaves for hours at a time. It's moved on now to leaving her out OVERNIGHT and leaving for the whole night. I've talked to her so many times before, but basically she doesn't care. Noone ever plays w/ that dog. Noone ever walks the dog. Nothing. Just tie her up outside and let her bark! I've finally started calling the police every night and animal control too. Me and my other neighbors are fed up w/ her doing this. What can we do to be taken seriously and get this dog taken care of???? :( |
