| I was reading that you has replied to someone about your chihauhua running away. I have a chihauhua and would like to know if you have any tips that might help me with him getting out. He really likes to explore and runs very fast. I am just very scared of him being hit by a car as he is so tiny. He tries to get out every time I open the front door, If you have any segestions that would be fab |

| I have a 7 year old long haired chichua and he weighs only 800g. He is a funny little guy. Loves attention from anyone. When I first bought Mickey I haad a Cairn Terrier, Ally who was 14 years old. Ally and Mickey hit it off straight away. He would climbon Ally's back and either sit there or go to sleep - this continued until Ally passed away. Mickey loves heights, he will sit on your shoulder or on the top of the lounge chair. He has a beautiful temperament (even his vet said the same). He doesn't bark a lot, unlike most of his breed. He likes his coat on in the cold weather, so I bought him one for the rain with a hood on it. When I put it on him and put the hood on he couldn't see and started walking backwards. I took the hood off his little head and because the coat was a bit big he just stood there like a statue. Needless to say, he never wore it for more than 5 minutes. He is a loyal tiny little fellow and very switched on. Never a day goes by that he doesn't put a smmile on my face. He will climb on someones knee whether they like it or not - he is a little bossy and stubborn, but to me that just adds charachter to my best friend in the world. |
