Yes, actually it has been happening to me a lot quite recently. When I'm somewhere I often feel like I'm not even seeing the stimuli around me, and all of a sudden it just hits me that I can't be quite sure if I am even really alive. Its a strange feeling.

HI JACKIE AND EDITORAL TEAM

I read your magazine often and ALWAYS find that woman of colour are under represented in your articles except when there is some tragedy to talk about over seas. I do not mean this disrespectfully I have always wanted to write to you and say pick me!! pick me !! to write about what its like to be a woman of A different background in your magazine. I dont even know when the last time you had someone who wasnt mainstream on the cover of your magazine.I realise this is part of marketing but you guys are supposed to be different- with the political edge and all. I mean I have always felt that I didnt fit within my own culture or mainstream but many of friends have had positive and negative experience and I gues it would be great if all our stories were in your magazines at least occassionaly.
