| Hi all, Just letting you know M and I are enjoying our holiday in "sunny" Calgary, Alberta, Canada,eh! We arrived to snow on Wednesday and today all the snow is gone...well, that's Calgary weather for you. Cheers Pyp |

| Kaili, Walk Week is an annual walking event org@nised by the Heart Foundation to encourage us to be active by walking for health, recreation, transport and the environment ( just copied that from my poster! lol ) There were more than 43,000 WA people involved last year ( workplace, schools, community ) including us! Once registered with a planned event ( ours will be to walk in Kings Park Sunday 1st Nov ) they send out a pack with a few goodies ( eg Water Bottles, Lanyards and Walking Guide Books and Top Trail Guides Books ) to give as prizes to some lucky participants. Our walk will leave from Stickybeaks Cafe, Sunday morning 1st November. Meeting time 9.30am. vikki PS I will be back in here over the coming 2 weeks with reminders. |

| we moi was kicking starting the count down to qld with a 6 weeks walking and eat halthy routine BUT gastro got us this week probably lost the weight but am weak as a kitten I couldnt do a walk today if my life depended upon it hehehehe with a bit of luck I will be trying to get in a walk every do I do not go out between now and our holiday :) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Sometime between end of uni exams (mid Nov) and end January 2010, I am going to make an effort to attend at least one SB get-together. I will have make it a Sunday when Marion is there, otherwise I will be to scared to come!! Just be nice to put names to faces! Kerri :) |

| Hope to see a few of you starting to come back to SB on a regular basis now that the weather is improving. I'm certainly going to start walking every Sunday morning for the next few weeks before going back to JL now my back is getting stronger. If you are interested in joining me please do so. Our 'Kick Start' Walking Event is Sunday fortnight 1st November. I've registered us ( WLB ) with 'Walk Week WA'. This is the perfect opportunity to kick start your exercise programme with Summer and Christmas just around the courner. So join in and lets give our weightloss a good shake up! | Hi all, Its Vals birthday on Friday, and i will be going away for a dart weekend, so was wondering who would like to meet up for lunch on Thursday to help celebrate it, thought sizzlers as it's cheap for us there and kids are welcome as i will be taking the lad, not sure if you want to go to Morley or the one on Ocean Reef Road. Need to meet by 11.30-12 at the latest as Val works in the arvo. Happy to go somewhere else if you all want just so long as it's not to expensive. | Hi Pyp, she's the kind of person who takes delight in putting others down and name calling. What a beautiful day today. Now those of you that know me, know that I'm not a morning person. Well I was up at 6.15am and Steve and I were out the door by 6.30am for a 40 minute walk! Wow! I didn't know 6.30 came round twice a day! LOL It's gorgeous out there but it was chilly to start with.
