| If you are out and about and want a special treat or a light lunch then try a Dome smoothie. They come in berry banna or mango. They are pure fruit, ic, skim milk and yoghurt, 99.9% fat free and a tiny tiny 64 calories a go. this is a HUGE glass and it is as thick as a mcdonalds thickshake. to die for yummy. I have to have it in a take away cup as I can never finish it. I have now tasted all 3 flavours and love them all. I just thought with this weather it would be a great thing no matter what stage you are at with your band. Yeap goes up a mcdonald straw. should dome employ me ?*LOL* sorry could not help myself just thought wow what a find with so little calories and so filling and yummy applesauce |

| Sticky Beaks is at Kings Park, it is a cafe. Partners family friends and kids are more than welcome. There is an awsome playground right next to where we sit, so you can watch the kids. The entrance you need for kings park is one after the tennis club one heading away from Perth. it is the lottery west playground. Just incase like us you are unsure where Sticky Beaks is. do not worry everybody feels a bit shy at first but we are all such a friendly bunch and all have been in the same boat with out weight and I promise no size zeros amongst us there. We just throw those skinny biatchs right out hehehehe Seriously heaps of fun with the coffe lots of people to talk to and most of us meet for the first time on our own there. Oh we sit outside on the verhanda and I have really really down to my ass long hair and a hairy husband with me if that helps find us :) applesauce |

| Hi everyone, I hope you are all happy and well. I dont drop in very much anymore (work/uni) but I thought I'd say a short hello. So I'm down to 77kg now. a loss of 29kgs so far. and I'm stoked. About two months ago I hit the sweet spot with dr Bowater (max, whos awsome!)... and am now in love with my band, I cant belive how much I was fighting it. Im dropping about 700g a week with lots of exercise and have never felt better. Last time I saw you all I was awed by everyones progress especially charleens. You looked amazing! sorry If my name spelling is poor. Anyways I hope eveyone had a great xmas/new years and is having a positive start to 2009. Duckie. xx |

| Penny it's usually 10 -10.30 when the coffee group arrive. If you want to go on a walk first, there's a walking group that goes at 9.30 and gets back by 10.30. Hubby and I may be there this Sunday if it's not tooooo hot. Marion |
