| Colleen just to be awkward it's neither! LOL The bush track I believe is called the Kakoda Track. The DNA tower is actually inside Kings Park, its a metal structure that winds round like a strand of DNA Jacobs Ladder is a long, long, long flight of twisting concrete steps that goes from the end of Cliff Street down to Mounts Bay Road. | Hi All, I just wanted to make sure i am going to the same place, even though i wont be able to do it as i have rolled my ankle. Now is Jacobs Ladder the bush track that is now called the Kakoda Track, or is Jacobs Ladder the DNA Tower, which is that big white thing about 10 metres tall. Because when i said Jacobs Ladder to a couple of people they said the track is Jacobs Ladder which is what i thought. Dont mean to confuse people LOL. Knowing me i will end up at the wrong spot. Well it's on...the challenge to beat all other challenges: The Inaugural Jacob's Ladder Challenge Jacob's Ladder, Kings Park Tuesday 13th March 10.30am Parking on Forrest Dive OR on May Drive near Cafe Zambia and walk up to Jacob's Ladder via Broadwalk Vst The idea is not to see who can do the most number of "up n' downs" or how fast you can do them but rather for you to challenge yourself ( and Jacobs Ladder! ) We will repeat this event bi-monthly ( or monthly ) with the aim of improving our personal results. So if you can only manage to walk up 10 steps this time...then the challenge is to aim for 15 next time. Then afterwards we can reward ourselves with a cold drink at Cafe Zambia ( close to Authur Fairall Playground ) If it is too hot then we will just meet at the Cafe for a drink and a chat. Wear some light comfy clothes ( that does not mean free balling Brian! LOL ) and don't forget to bring your water, a hat and some sunscreen! EVERYONE WELCOME!...yes newbies too, even if you're still waiting to be banded! vikki |

| Hi Jennie,, sorry our mini meeting plan fell thru for today,,only saw your post today,Marion and I went ahead and walked round Bibra Lake with our dogs,, a delightful day all round. I am off to Melb on 23rd March for perhaps 3 weeks,,would love to arrange a mini meeting after that. Food poisoning especially from fish is awful,, can't imagine how that would feel with the wls, u poor thing. Of course nobody is cross with u,,we were concerned and worried tho. Your ears should have been burning as whilst we were at McCafe in Joondalup we were saying we hoped u were ok, so u see, we all do care,,,and we can still drive out to see u but after i get back from melb...take care,,Carol |

| Marion, my god I am so sorry I have not been checking the boards and have not even looked at my emails. I sincerely apologise for not responding about a mini get together. I have had food poisoning from some fish and then i've been flat out with family stuff. Throwing up is interesting, I was wretching and nothing came up, i've just been running to the loo for days and I don't think my hubby likes sleeping in the same room as me at the moment, if ya get me....such an upset tummy, that will teach me to eat fish! Please accept my sincere apologies for not organising anything, but I will try my hardest to get to the next monthly get together. | Hi Vikki and Marion,,by now you probably both know that Cathy, Val and I could not locate u in the car park,,we drove round separately and also hung about at Macca's, lol.. I am so glad it wasn't just me who couldn't see u..lol.We gave up after about 20 mins ,,,yes can see u both laughing wildly now,, See thats what u get for losing so much weight ladies , now u are invisible for different reasons,,,, What a great day we had,,,, yes Brian is naughty, but nice!!!!
