| Thanks for getting back to me - it looks like I will have to aim for a Sunday in the school hols when there is no kids sport - once I've picked a date, I'll let you guys know so that I will have some idea on who to look out for - I assume that Perth bandsters aren't the only ones pounding the stairs!! | Jacobs Ladder It consists of 242 step...all the way down the side of a cliff overlooking Perth City...and 242 steps all the way back up! Brian and Marion now do 11 laps!...OMG yes that's a lot! A few of us attempt it weekly now. ( Brian's a twice weekly! ) Our next Challenge is on Tuesday. We do that once a month. And it is just to challenge ourselves. I'm going for 9x hopefully this time round. Wish me luck! vikki PS all the more reason to get onto Bandsters Shelly as there are photos of it and us doing it in our 2 albums |

| Jen, Didn't do very well today on JL only 7 times. I was quite unwell (self inflicted) Still feeling a bit Ugh! Did 11 yesterday in 70 minutes. Chris did 7 or 8...not quite sure how many, but he was playing a stormer. Brian |

| Kerry, I go to JL most Saturdays and Sundays...usually around 9AM. Chris, Vikki, Jen and Marion sometimes come on Sundays, lthough Chris I think is going to be a more frequent JL climber. You're more than welcome to join us. Brian |

| Hi Vikki I just wondered if the JL get together was only done mid-week or if it is ever done on weekends? There are a couple of us newbies that are trying to work up to doing JL so wanted to get a better idea of the "schedule" to see if we can plan to get there. Thanks Kerry |

| Hey Vikki, Will be able to make the JL this week, but have mum coming and have to pick her up from Airport on Wed, and she already has a schedule booked up for me till Friday!!LOL!! Will be a little later to Sticky Beaks too as have a uniform fitting for my new course. I don't know how I got so busy all of a sudden...must be all the extra energy I have from the weight loss! | Great Jojo Look forward to catching up! Hey Brian you should have come to the Every Woman Expo...my hubby assumed that you had!...then he said...don't tell him I said that!..but of course I AM!!! I joined Kate Morgan for $10 ( WOW saved 1/3 price...ah well better than nothing! ) I had been keen to give these ones a go for a bit of variety to TF's...but couldnt taste test or buy just one sachet at the pharmacy. At the expo you could taste them all...and they were rather palettable! Perth Bariatric's had a stand...promoting the surgery with Chris Couch...we weren't to fussed on the commentry from the girl that was discussing itwith potential clients. Felt we could have done better...But we did come away with a rather cute Lap-Band pen though! vikki PS Could have got you some fuffy handcuffs LOL...yep plenty of Adultshop.com type ones represented there! |
