| I had a major exercise session today. Went to the gym and did 35 minutes between the treadmill and the cross trainer. Then did my 30 minute session with my trainer. Oh boy did whup ma ass! Legs and abs were like jelly. Then went in the pool but only did 3 lengths breast stroke and 3 of back sculling. I was so knackered! Marion |

| Will not be driving for a while hehehe Just nice to have it . the children all refuse to drive with me ;) got in 5km walk today, but only just got back from it, pitch black. Just trying to fit everything in these days is so hard. Kids have exams next week and the male of the species and son hit the gym 5 times a week so have to fit around all that before a walk gets done. applesauce |

| Congrat Janette, Kerri and Apple! All different achievements but all worthy goals to have reached. Well Janette as my new official JL buddy, it's all up from here! ( and down and back up! ) Your 1x last Sunday will soon be x3 and before you know it you'll have half a dozen knocked over. May I warn you though according to the Sunday Times it's Perth's number one pick up place! See I've always said 'the view' is why I do it!!! How are you legs today? Funnily enough I've surprised myself - very little soreness ( thanks to Colin pushing me hard - I'm sure! Those extra 5 he's always asking for have paid dividends ) vikki |

| Wow Apple that's great! Will we see you on your ownsome more now or still with the MOTS? I couldn't drive when I came to Oz 18 years ago. I passed my test one year after we got here. Up until about a year ago I wouldn't drive up to or passed the city. Now I drive everywhere, longest drive has been Collie. Marion |

| Thanks Kerri Well done to you to for your post on the Kevin Dolan thread. Wow, 60kgs - five years is nothing. Just imagine if you hadn't been "done" how much you would be carrying on top of that 60kgs! Keep up the good work. Janette |

| Good on you Janette. You will be doing 10 laps before you know it!! I reckon it still beats any aerobic class by far. The weight just melts off if you can manage doing JL couple times a week! I am back on the JL wagon after exams. Woo hoo. Kerri :) |

| Sorry everyone Just need to brag. I DID JACOBS LADDER this am. Only once mind you, but I DID IT. Then Vicki, Jorga and I did the scenic riverfront walk. Very nice.
