| Mal & I are hoping to be there. Mal has to work for a few hours so depending on how long it takes will be the deciding the factor on whether we attend or not. But a definate yes to the 6 wk challenge. N |

| Hi I am planning to come on 19th, but like the others if its pelting down I will stay at home and belt it out on the treadmill. Dont want to catch a cold as just been off for a week on some annual leave, boss would kill me if I had to take more off, as I am the only one doing my particular job. Regards Shona |

| Okay who is going to do the 4km walk on sunday ? do be warned they are saying rain, not showers but rain. Also are we going to start a list of who is going to do the 6 week walking challenge and what day exactly are we due to start this ? final costs for this adults & kids. I can not even find the challenge thread and afraid I do not have it bookmarked but thought it best if we see here first who is doing the challenge and the actual walk sunday applesauce |

| Marion, as much as I love you, sometimes you should stay in your box. Musicals and Dramas are such a personal thing. I love dramatic musicals, and I am trying to see if others would like to come and join in and you are putting them off...thanks very much. blah! These French folk did gain freedom and independance for themselves...so they weren't miserable any more. Don't bite back today, i'm hormonal.lol. |

| Hi there Long time no talk..had band replaced on 12 June...have been in hospital since with an infection which lead to other complications....sick as a dog...outcome - no band any more - feeling of failure - and still needing to mend a lot before the next step - whatever that might be.. Still believe my band was the best decision I have ever made to help with my weight. Best wishes Sue |

| Hi All, Sorry that I was not at JL/SB's today. We had a lazy movie watching morning which was very nice for a change. I was supposed to rally everyone for the CTS and remind you that next Sunday is the start of our training....see below: "DON'T FORGET- Sunday week 19th is 6 wks out from the 2009 City To Surf event. We will be kick starting our CTS training that day with a 6Wk Challenge. Meeting at City Beach foreshore ( where we will picnic/BBQ after with our families ) we will be driven to Perry Lakes where we will walk back along the 4km CTS route. This is a great opportunity to 'test the waters', in preparation. It will also give you the incentive over the following weeks to improve on your personal times. So pop Sunday the 19th in your diaries." Cheers Brian |
