| I make the soup but I don't eat it! I don't like cauliflower or brie! lol Apple, ok I'm going to confess the mu ff ins were a bit of a cheat! lol The basic mixture is a mix. I think it's Greens, it comes in a bag not a box and you can use either part or all the mix and reseal the packet. To the mix you add one teaspoon of (real) vanilla bean paste and about 200gms of frozen blue berries..........and that's it! Marion |

| some people substitute in half brocholli. But if you want to convicnce somebody to try cauliflower try the caulifower patties my sisters kids who HATE cauliflower actually had a fight over the last one at my place. It was hilarious hehehe applesauce |

| That soup does sound yummy, might be able to convince Karl to eat Cauliflower! Although I dont know how long a wheel of camembert would last in my house.. I doubt it would make it into the soup... |

| boil up one head of cauliflower in 1 litre of chicken stock. when cooked wizz the life out of it until creamy and throw in the wheel of cheese stir though until it melts, as simple as that. My mum adds some packet french onion soup which I think makes it delish as well, a few other girls add a bit of onion. It is something you start with the yummy dish then play with as your confidence grows. Huge bandit hit this is Marion makes a to die for one :) that remind me Marion you owe me the receipie for your to die for m u f f ins :) applesauce |

| a few weeks ago whilst i was reading the message boards i saw someone posted a recipe for a yummy sounding cheesy cauliflower soup..cant remember which thread or who posted but if anyone has it can they pls repost for me - all i remember is it had camembert cheese disc in it! and talking to a client today about camembert cheese i suddenly have a craving for that soup! much appreciated cc |
