| Wow Aly, that is really a special NSV! :) How i long for size 12 and 14. Size 12 is my goal size. That's an NSV that's really going to be inspiring me to get on that treadmill tonight. :) Well done! Nic |

| I went clothes shopping today for the first time in months. There were shops that I didnt even bother going into before as I knew they wouldnt have clothes that would fit me, but now I can. I have gone from a size 18-20 to 12 bottoms and 14 tops. I even bought a size 14 dress from portmans. Now this is a shop that I have never been in before. Im wrapped. | New NSV yesterday. I had to buy some clothes and I went to Rockmans for the BeMe label clothes. I tried on XL then a L then I ended up in a Medium. OMG, I soooooo cant beleive it. Me, a Medium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leeann, I only have one chin now. I used to have more than a chinese phone bood. Ha Ha!! Maree |

| Ohhh Rees... that's a biggie. It is so good to do that again without getting pins and needles. I always used to get pins and needles in my fingers when I had my arms folded. Not any more. S Something else I have noticed... I used to wake up when I slept on my side with my arms feeling numb and then the pins and needles would start - I am not getting that nearly as much, in fact hardly ever these days. An NSV for me I suppose. Mel |

| I have two NSV's My blood pressure medication dosage has been halved so tablets are smaller now and dont need cutting. I did suffer for a week when pressure dropped but now its ok. I have always wanted to wear white jeans in summer and today I bought a pair in target. I didnt have time to try them on but got a size 18 (normal size 18). They are slightly too big so I will have to change them for .... size 16 ... I'm stoked. NOTHING tastes as good as losing weight. Lorraine |

| Yesterday being Friday I decided to go casual to work. I looked in the cupboard and found a pair of trousers I had bough about 5 years ago when I had lost a lot of weight. I always liked to wear them as I felt skinny in them. Put them on yesterday and they were too big!!!!!!!!! Life with a band is great Nev |

| My 2nd NSV posted a couple of days ago about buying new clothes for an interview well it all went well i got the job so ma going from being a process worker to doing a administration traineeship at where i work already . I love my band ... i have lost 19kg still got another 31 to go but already getting more confidence and feeling so much better about myself....sorry to be blabbing on but am soooooo excited never thought i`d get out of the factory yipeeeeeeeee Marg |

| Hi Susie Sharon here (ex Armadale) fantastic going on your exercise. I am wanting to do walking and some other exercise but have torn a ligament in my knee so off to hospital next Thursday for an arthroscopy so hopefully not too long after that I will be able to get exercising. Forgot when I saw you at Marions to let you know in case you didnt that Liz's daughter had a little boy recently and she is coming to stay for two weeks here from Newcastle next Monday. I know Liz and Chris are having open afternoons the following two sundays and am sure she would love to see you if you can make it. I will probably go there on the 30th because of my operation. | Steve and the dog took me for a walk last night. We were out for about 30 minutes and I was amazed because I didn't hurt. It used to be that I'd walk maybe a couple of minutes and my hips would be killing me but I was fine. I feel good...... Susie |

| the best NSV i ever come across is when you go to the ladies toilet and you know how you have to squeeze in to sit and the walls on the side touches your thighs ... well last weekend i went and it didnt touch it and was jumping for joy that i have room to move !!! Thats my best NSV |
