Re:NSV's Reply to this message
Dont know if i have posted this here or not, but about 2 weeks ago i went shopping at city chic as they had a massive sale on. I went in, in a pair of size 26 jeans, all baggy around bum and falling down etc, came out with a size 20!! when i wore them they were abit tight but fitted, but i didnt like how it makes my belly look bigger lol but i am wearing them today and they look natural!! and i paid $10 for them! so i bought 2 pairs! I also bought a mini skirt from there the other day for $20! a size 20 aswell woohoo!!

Mel.!

Congratulations Linda. Can't wait to be able to tell a similar story, but I fear that might be 6 months away or so. Good on you - makes the trip a lot more enjoyable.

Re:NSV's Reply to this message
I have just flown Melb to Perth return in the last week. What a huge difference 29 kgs makes in a plane. I had my tray down and could still fit my hands in my lap between me and the tray. The seatbelt had a long way to go to be fully out. Last time I flew, the tray sat on top of my belly (that is if it wasn't resting on my boobs). It makes such a difference when travelling to be "normal".

Re:NSV's Reply to this message
Hey everyone!

I too have a couple of NSV's!

I am happy to report that as a PCOS sufferer, I now have hardly any sign of those dreadful dark patches of skin--they are only just visible, and seem to be flaking away like really dry skin. Very happy about that!

and also, I noticed the other day that I'm having to tweeze the facial hair nearly as much. I've actually been going a few days between tweezing. Now THAT is something to write home about!

Woooooot!!!!!

That's about it, but I'll take it!

Hope everyone is doing well!

Cheers!

Re:NSV's Reply to this message
I have a small but fat dog (obviously runs in the family)and had to take him the vet this morning for his arthritis and when he was weighed he is 11kgs and I realised I have lost more weight than that with my Opti stage I was amazed as he seems such a heavy little thing. I don't know where I have lost it from definitely not from my spare tyre but there you go I was amazed

Re:NSV's Reply to this message
I was getting dressed to go out for dinner with my family....and I had the usual problem of nothing to wear- this is always so incredibly depressing...but this time, with 22kg gone, everything was too big instead of too tight!!

Re:NSV's Reply to this message
I was size 22/24 (1/10/07)and 110kg now TODAY am 72kg ((my size 10/12 goal clothes, in 8 monthsand 10days ))went through my daughters throw out clothes the size 12 fitted waisted pants fit and are loose on the waist will move button over , ,a black, size 10, dress fits real nice so even though I am not to my goal weight 65/70kg (have not been that for over 30yrs),I am so close to,if not at the clothing size goal ,I set for me ,I really feel at 45 any more is just a bonus for me,so a bit more toning up and a little way to go to goal weight,/and may look into surgery in a few months ,boobs lift/arms etc ,But, yes I feel really satisfied at this size and after being properly fitted my 14DD 's are not as bad as I expected whilst covered any ways lol,but I am very satisfied with my friend bandys assistance and to not struggle like I always had to, prior to this ,to mantain weight, will be such a bonus , Doreen
