I agree with you hoopingforthin,
Not everyone is in the same situation, and some of live rurally so don't have easy access to the shops either.
In saying that though, I don't think we should condemn Lilly for her opinion, she has obviously had a fantastic recovery and should be grateful for that, as not everyone is as fortunate.
We've all said something that we have later regretted. The world if full of people who want to whinge, I refuse to become one of them as much as possible. |

Lily
Its ok for you to say the shops wont run out of food but some people like me may not have someone to go to the shops every 5 mins to get you something things or may live to far to walk to the shops. I think this is a great list thanks to who ever created it and for those that keep bumping it to the top Jenny |

I find you message re "typical fat person mentality" offensive.
You may have been fortunate to be walking to the store 3 days after you op, but some of us are not so fortunate.
We all have our own recovery times and own personal situations so don't prejudge based on your own experience.
Thank you. |

| Great list. Going shopping for my things tomorrow as I will not have any other time. THe "fresh" things like drinking yoghurt etc will have to wait until Thursday night, but as long as I have most of it at home beforehand it will be easy to get the rest. I have to also shop for my husband as well as he does not drive, so unless he wants to carry things from the shops, we better be org *** ed beforehand. Thanks for posting the list Pyretta. |
