| Hi,This is the first time that I have ever posted on the net, but I have enjoyed reading the forums for a few weeks now.I am booked in for surgery 15th May.Broke optifast today and ate a steak for dinner feel bad but tomorrow is another day. Cant wait for 15th I have struggled all of my life 57 now.I had my stomach stapled twice 23 and 24 years ago neither worked but the doctor was not experienced then.Obviously I am not using him again.I have a friend that had lapband done 16 months ago and has lost 55kgs with no excess skin and looks toned and great.She didnt have to exercise either.I couldnt be that lucky. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
