| Hey, doing well Kerri...you enjoying your personal trainer. I did my first circuit class last week, boy did I feel pain in some odd places after that...couldn't clench my butt cheeks without pain...lol. | Awesome, Bell!! I wish I was 75!! My weight loss has slowed right down, now. I've averaged 1kg per week over the last 6 weeks. I've scheduled a several km walk with my friend for later on today. Time to take this weight loss thing seriously now!! Good luck everyone. Cat |

| Jen, I am sure the sleevers will get over it!! If I don't have a hangover next Sunday (have end of uni party next saturday nite) I should come to SB and meet you!! All the family are away east so I will be footloose and fancy free (ha ha). See how I go. As for double digits for me...looking at xmas at moment. But will have one month off soon so might do a month of intense diet and exercise and see if that puts me ahead. Anyway, I am so happy for you. | Kerri, haha well technically i'm not a sleever but a bypasser...I think sleevers would get cranky at me, my op is like a sleeve but with a booster. It doesn't matter how fast my weight is coming off, i'm still stomping my feet and wanting it to move faster. I'm so close to my first goal, i'm going to Kings Park next sunday for the bandsters GT and then off to the Sleever GT afterward and was kind of hoping to get to double digits by then. Fingers crossed...lol, but i'm not giving up my light mars bars!!!. Jen |
