| Joke of the Day An Englishman, Irishman and a Scotsman are all playing golf with their wives. The Englishman's wife steps up to the tee and as she bends over to place her ball a gust of wind blows her skirt up and reveals her lack of underwear. "Good God !! why aren't you wearing any knickers?" her husband demanded. "Well, you don't give me enough housekeeping money to afford to buy any". The Englishman immediately reaches into his pocket and says, "For the sake of decency here's 50 pounds, go and buy yourself some underwear" Next the Irishman's wife bends over to set her ball on the tee. Her skirt blows up to show that she is wearing no undies. "Bejesus woman !! You've no knickers ---- why not?" She replies "I can't afford any on the money you give me" He reaches into his pocket and says, "For the sake of decency here's 20 pounds, go and buy yourself some underwear! " Lastly, the Scotsman's wife bends over. The wind also takes her skirt over her head to reveal that she too is naked under it. "Hoot, Lassie! Why d'ye have no knickers?" She too explains, "You don't give me enough housekeeping money to be able to afford any" The Scot reaches into his pocket and says, "For the sake of decency here's a COMB, tidy yourself up a bit !" |

| Beautiful day, Steve and I went up to visit Carol. Surprisingly for all her pain and problems she was in quite good humour. She would love to see anyone that can spare the time for a visit this week, before she goes into hospital again on Friday. Marion |

| Joke of the Day I walked into a public toilet where I found two cubicles, of which one was already occupied. So I entered the other one, closed the door, Dropped my trousers and sat down. A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you going?" I thought it a bit strange but not wanting to be rude I replied "Yeah, not too bad thanks." After a short pause, I heard the voice again "So, what are you up to mate?" Again I answered, somewhat reluctantly it must be said. Unsure what to say, I replied "Umm, just having a quick poo... How about yourself?" I then heard the voice for the third time ...... "Sorry mate, I'll have to call you back . I've got some `D**khead` in the loo next to me answering everything I say." |

| Some news about Carol. Things are not good with her leg and she is booked in for more surgery at the end of next week. She really wanted to see every one at Jen's tomorrow but she's more or less confined to bed. If anyone can pop in and see her before her op I'm sure she would love the company. Marion |

| CC, I tell ya if you had the tube you would have remembered...pain in ya chest or not! LOL It was a shocker and the fact we had to have it in for 24hrs...was even worse! Please check the Perth Get-Together Thread soon for information about the Christmas Dinner Dance Cruise we are going to on Saturday 13th December. I have booked it...just waiting a reply tonight as to how much deposit we need to get together to hold the booking. Once again I will need to know definate numbers ASAP...so if you don't wish to miss out PLEASE pop your name on the list ASAP. vikki |
