| WOW Melissa you have done sooo well. You've had an amazing weightloss journey! Mariony ou should take a trip up to Mundaring and see our Hypnotist...I'm having great results. My guess is Andra is that he was checking how much was in your band ( you get some in during the op )then adding the extra to make it total 5mls ( thus twice hit ) Hope you start to feel better soon B. vikki |

| No worries at all Jen as you know I was born to shop lol Maybe I could get a degree in it somehow?? Angus and I got to know each other a bit while you were trying on clothes and he was no problem at all. You have to give kids space and then they seem to feel a bit more comfortable. Well after you leaving I wanted some new bras so off I went to Bras n Things and tried on numerous and ended up spending a fortune on some really nice bras and a couple of matching knickers too. Got a lacey white, cotton white, black lace, pink satin and a beige bra but much more comfortable. Woman tried to say I was an 18D - I said no way as I just threw out heaps that size so depending on the bra am a 14 d or 16 dd varies with the make as with most things. Also got a black sarong and beach skirt too there for $15 each so was happy with them. Makes you feel great finding out the difference in measurements doesnt it! Well done Jen. Sharon |

| Hi guys, I had a bit of a win today, I went back to the gym after not going for a few months (as I went back to work, weak excuse but i'm using it), got a new program and they did my measurements and since May (had my op in march) i've lost 72cm. Pretty happy with that, 17 cms of that was my bust....phooey..lol. Whilst i'm here I also have to rave on at how blinking awesome it is to clothing shop with Sharon, the woman is a marvel. Sharon, thanks so so so much for your little jaunt at the shops yesterday, i'm very happy with my purchases and am wearing one of my gym outfits now and all sweaty and stinky..lol. Angus asked where you were on the way home and wants you to visit..hee hee, you got a new friend there. Hope everyones well, big pats on the back to brian you poor thing. Jen |

| !Oh Marion , I hear you honey Big Hugs , I would be petrified too ,As I am . I see Dolan in the morning, it is only 5 weeks from my Re banding & Hernia op,as you know. I am desperate for some fill ,I have eaten so much bread ect ,.I am in self destruct mode again,I have 2 weeks to go for my tummy tuck "Go figure (Crying) I can't see me having any fill for a while either So scarred after coming this far. | Andrea, I only have one port for fills...I was banded by Dr D in Sept. 2006. Marion, Fill up where possible on the good stuff and don't leave much room for the bad stuff. Went to the Dr today and my results indicate that I have had bronchial pneumonia for a while...no wonder I felt so bad. I thought I was just being a wimp! Brian |

| Hi everyone, just to let those who haven't read my journal thread know. I won't be having my sleeve op until 21st January. I'm rather worried about how much weight I might gain. Fed up with people telling 'Just be careful what you eat' Deeeerrrr! If it was that simple why would I be having WLS in the first place! Ahhhhhhhhhh! Marion |

| Hi Andra, I'm not a Dr D patient but I would imagine the first needle was a local? Followed by the fill? I'm sure there will be a Dolanite along very soon to let you know. Congrats on your loss! Marion |

| Hi All! I saw Dr Dolan today and he was very happy with me, I've lost 12 kg since my banding 6 weeks ago. He put a fill of 5ml. I am not sure exactly what he did but it appears as if he put the fluid in in 2 different spots?? I have 2 injection site's and I was just wondering if anyone can shed some light onto what may have happened? Thanks Andra |

| Man flu...hee hee that's funny. My brother has had that now for weeks and is having an ultrasound on thursday for torn muscles that were caused from the coughing...not he says he may have a hernia...men! Poor Brian, go and snuggle up with a good book and rest up. Jen |

| HI Vikki and all you other lovely ppl, i would just like to say a big thank you to everyone that i have met along my journey for the help and support.... I seen KD today my 12 mths review and he was very happy i have lost 51 kgs and he finally took out some fill :):):) im very happy with my loss and how i did it if everyone who is thinking of having the band done dont think twice about it if you are head ready as i was head ready and have suprised myself my life and health has improved big time and im much much move active.... once again thank you to all and i will have to catch up with you all very soon maybe at sticky's:):) |
