| Hi Gem, I rang the Malston Chinese and they can do dishes without MSG we just have to tell them which ones and they will do that. The only reason I thought of that is that cafes can be rather expensive for lunch. Hope to see you there. Denise Nicole |

| Hey Katrina, We should catch up for coffee!!!!!! Was thinking the same thing about xmas catchup too. A Monday night would be great (wink wink)or a lunchtime thing as denise has put forward. DENISE.. I find that chinese has too much MSG for me. Cant seem to digest very well before or after band. Maybe we could do a cafe or something so there a bit of variety for all. | I saw it Gem, and yes, what a croc ! I too love my band, and it was a very negative, one-sided bias segment. There are many more positive stories than negative ones (IMHO) My 2 bob too :oP Renae |

| Thanks so much guys, it does feel great.... still struggling with body image, still feel like a size 26 in my head, but I'll get used to it one day! | Hi all, Just dropped in today, as it's my "bandiversary"!! 1 year today since I made the best change in my life EVER! 41kg gone forever, and I'm feeling fantastic. I had my first shopping spree in "normal" clothes shops a couple of weeks ago, which was very exciting. I have gone from a size 26 to a 16 now, unbelievable! hope you're all doing well..... would love to get together again one day, but work seems to get in the way of all the gt's. thanks for listening :o} Cheers, Renae |
