| Thanks Mel...it's a risk at my age...but I passed the medical, it was the first thing i did, as I couldn't get an offshore job without it. And Mel is right Nic, you so deserve your wonderful results. You have fought hard for this. xx |

| Common now Nic...there are heaps on the team. :). Don't ask...lol. I have been slowly gaining...so went for a quarter mil fil the other day and will increase it in tiny bits to stop my grazing..hopefully. I havn't given up the ghost. I am doing training to work on oil rigs... probably in catering..surprise surprise...so i will be on my feet all day...that should sort out my metabolism hey. The money is just too good to ignore...so i'll give it a go. |

| Well there is 4 weeks and 3kg standing between me and all those clothes in my suitcase! :) I WILL fit them and i WON'T be unpacking a single thing. So i have lost all the weight i put on at christmas time thankfully. Slowly, slowly as per. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Why thank you wee Jen, i know you're right. I just get very frustrated at this late stage in the game. Everything is floppy now and there isn't the reward (if you know what i mean) that there once was but greater motivation and harder work is needed to get the weight off but when i do loose the weight i look flabbier. Kind of a vicious cycle, head game at the moment. Right now i just have to say to myself 1. plastic surgery will fix everyting and 2. i did this for my health and the more of the excess weight i can get off i am the healthier i will be. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Colleen and Cat just reminded me by talking about planes....i won't have to ask for an extension belt, i won't have to crush my thighs into the seat and bruise my legs..........for the first time i will be able to wriggle around in my seat!!!! My thighs probably won't touch the sides anymore!!! yahooo!!! I can't believe it!!! I have never flown Royal Jordanian before so i don't know their seat size but i'm sure since i'm average size it will be fine. | ok, this is the accountable part. Till i go i'm going to keep myself accountable by posting my weight loss. For 8 days now i have been back in the harness,walking between 45 and 60 min, 6 days per week without fail. No drinking with meals either! In the first i days i have lost 2.6kg of what i put on in the last 6 months. 2.6kg loss - week one. |

| Mel, not much spending money i'm afraid :( But, knowing my dearly beloved as i do, of course if i really have to buy something the money will appear. :)We're trying to be "responsible". :) We always WAY overspend and live to regret it for a long time to come and we don't want to do that to ourselves this time, it makes us miserable. Buy now, repent later. :) Of course i'm not silly enough to leave something behind that i just won't be able to find anywhere else even on ebay. :) You know the funny thing is that i'm most looking forward to a little stroll along the banks of the Seine with my honey. | Thanks Linda, i know i will. I'm in the zone 100% which i love. Doreen, i won't be buying much unfortunatly. With the dollar taking a beating we're going on a pretty tight budget. Mostly just for the experience. My sister who is a seasoned traveller sends stuff home if it doesn't fit, it's not madly expensive and you don't have to worry about trying to fit everything in your bag. |

| 89 Sleeps! :) My new schedule is working out find. I'm loosing some of the weight i put on and realizing that it's seemed to be a process for me of, making the band work for me, then realizing that i can manipulate it, then understanding that that manipulation has only served to put weight back on and make me miserable, then finally deciding that that just wasn't good enough for me and i was going to work it again. It's kind of liberating too to understand that you can manipulate the band to eat alot but that you are choosing not to do that and instead using your powers for good and not for evil. :) Much happier place now. Now i KNOW those clothes will fit me which are packed away in my VERY heavy suitcase. :) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
