| angel What does attending the internet's Gold Coast Group's weekend get-togethers got to do with doctor's Support Group Meetings? I haven't co-ordinated one get-together this year to combine with the doctor's Support Group meetings! What do you mean, I haven't turned up for, I didn't have my name down to attend the doctor's meetings only marathon training meetings. I wish you would go back to the internet support group you left you will see I haven't co-ordinated any lunches this year due to my computer problems, I was referring to last year's weekend get-togethers and nothing to do with our surgeon. So what 'C*R*A*P' are you referring to? Why would I want to know if your brother is in charge of every single airport's security, are you referring to civil and defence of just civil? He's a policeman not a Civil Aviation Regional Manager who has to be a pilot and is responsible to prevent planes from dropping out of the skies. I wish you'd stop butting in on posts that don't involve you, I have know idea what the point is you are trying to make. No Mary, I never asked about your health at all or listened to you grumble about your poor mother who you said she didn't ask about your health either and you said I cared & asked more about your arm than your mother. Keep telling yourself that because it's worked, now you actually believe it. Why would I want to go to doctor's support group meetings, I'd been going to them for over five years before I was banded, it's the same old same old, if I don't know what is being said there now I never will, good grief! The doctors support groups are for banded patients aren't they? Last year they said they were breaking them up into bandsters and sleevers. Why would I want to go to banded doctor's support groups when I am being sleeved. That's the 2nd time you've told me Chris isn't reading this but you told me early this year she is teaching herself the computer so why wouldn't she be reading this? |

| Hiya all, I just can't help it, have read the last couple of pages, absolutely no malice in the 'number one site' of course there never has been - a bit of cheekiness maybe, but when you meet me you know I am a bit cheeky...! - not a bad thing to aspire too, to have a successful site (interestingly enough - success can be defined by the way people treat its most vulnerable ...), when we started the site, we wanted lots of ppl to join because we want lots of people to be happy and supported in a really great happy site. | Laura, I wholeheartedly agree with most of your content, but I do think labelling an individual with a "mental illness" is not particularly empathetic nor appropriate. Yes, all of us are indeed sick to death of absurdly lengthy diatribes in consequence to "attacks" from the ongoing cruel (but much shorter) negativity.
