| HI Kristy , We lived in Collie for 2 yrs until august last yr .. Yeah my kids went to amaroo primary.. So I didnt really get to know many ppl as we lived out of town the first yr then in town the second.. But will see on the 20th if we know each other... Jo:) |

| Hi Helen - thanks for your wishes. Feeling about 70% today. My muscles ache from all the hurling - stomach and back. I feel beaten and need more sleep. | Hi all, well we survived a mini tornado in Busso on Friday night and screaming neighbours on Saturday night, but I ended up in hospital at 4.00 AM this morning with a drip in my arm. Picked up some yucky bug along the way and couldn't stop expelling from either end. Be on the look out for this one - it starts with you feeling really average for a day or so, then the stomach cramps start ... I'll leave the rest to your imagination. We had dinner with friends at El Gringo's on Friday night and it was tops! Great to meet you and hubby Gem. I hope Scooby has recovered from the hard time we gave him! "DEATH BY CHOCOLATE" was to die for - we were all very impressed. | Update: 10 weeks banded, lost 12 kgs, some of my clothes are starting to fall off me, underwear draw has been resized (smaller), I now go to the gym 2 days a week, feeling not too bad about myself. Why oh why didnt I have the courage to do this years ago. Helen 2 |

| Hi Jo Now you have told us where you work you might receive a visit or two from some people. I am working for the next 5 weeks and am unable to make lunches, but I do visit the shops quite a bit, I will drop in and see if you are there. Helen 2 |

| Welcome Jo, I bet your excited!! or nervous!! I had my band done on the 18th Mar 08 and believe me its the best thing i have ever done !! Hopefully you can make it along to some of the get togethers i still haven't been able to go to one but hte next one is in Collie and i'm going to that and looking forward to meeting everyone. | By the way I love Mexican had a restaurant in Bayswater called El Toredo;s it was very popular too. Some may be able to cope I can't just letting them lknow not bugging your plug .We had alternatives you probably have too. Bobbie |

| hi everyone i am finally able to venture out of the plus size section!!! yay! My weight loss is still slow but i am so happy! i am off to paris to meet up with my husband who has been away for over 2months working in Africa so im sure he will notice a difference in me so that exciting. also my Dr said it was fine for me to leave my fill in. i got 1/2 a mil out for comfort as i was getting things stuck abit to much and didnt want that while i was away. so thats my news. Ellie |

| Hi katrina and everyone else, yes that sounds like a good idea, just thought it would be quicker and easier for you if i meet you along the way. Yes i am counting down the days. Dr w told me to do optifast for 3 weeks before, its now only 4 weeks and im thinking about starting now, does anyone think i will get sick of it if i start sooner??? I hope this time the fill is better for you, but you have still done really well. Regards Nicole |

| Hi Nicole, Shall i give you a call closer the time and we'll tee up were i'll pick you up?? Are you counting down now? It' not long to go . I went in this morning and Dr W put another 2 ml in for me so now i feel great and definatley have more restriction so hopefully i'll start losing again.. | Hey there Ladies... Can I entice any one with the Idea of a Dinner GT at our little Mexican Restaurant in Busselton sometime?? We/I would be more than happy to do a deal or work out something for the crew. We can also work on the meal sizes to suit too just for all us special ladies - I not even Banded yet tehehe. We are open Wed-Sun from 6pm till late-ish (hehe) Also do a WICKED PINA COLADA & MARGARITA too! yummy - I am sure one would be ok with our Dr's as its for our mental and social wellbeing!!!!
