| Hi gem, How ya doin?Glad to see your getting progress with all your appointments. Was just trying to work out a night when could come,but is appearing a bit difficult with my husbands shift and baby sitters.A wednesday night would be good for us as my mum could have my girls for the night,they could have a sleep over at nana's LOL.Or a friday night which would prob suit other people.And trying to find a week suitable when my husband is on days off.(shift worker)so i dont really know when,would have to check out his roster.But can chat to you next friday at collie lunch. Hi tracey, glad your fill went fine,ya did better than me, i hope my next one is better than the first LOL.Kristy can vouch for that...i rang her in destress,can laugh about it now LOL.Two weeks till my next fill...bring it on!!Im ready for this one and know what to expect,i been hungary the last few days,especially at night,maybe it's the cold weather? | Hi all Had my first fill today. It wasn't as bad as I thought hurt a bit because port was playing hide n seek. All went well and I came out feeling fine. Can eat and drink no probs. | Hi Nicole, Yep I rung Dr Ns rooms and its something they brought in at the end of March.. The $1200 has to be paid before any surgery and yeah only $33 back from medicare ..So off to pay my booking fee soon.. Only 6 weeks to go today.. Jo :) |

| Hey jo 2 I was just going through some paperwork and i found my original surgery info from dr newman. (im not sure if i remember telling you i changed from dr n to dr w cos dr n doesnt do the sleeve) any the paperwork does say about a booking fee of $1200 with a medicare rebate of just $33. I havent been told about any booking fee with dr w though. Anyway, just thought i would let you know. Nicole:) |

| helloooo I'm back from oblivion the computer has been down and out and as much as its a pain in the butt I did miss the lack of comunicating with everybody ,all our stuff that wasn't saved is lost including email addresses so if anybody want's to e me on rickerby2@bigpond.com.au so then I can resave their address,such a bother. Its my band aniversary next week 1 year and 31 kilos and a new woman ,I am so happy I made the decision to get done haven't had hardly any problems either which is good and do I feel great yeah. was nice to meet the new girls on friday always come away feeling better after a G T,will see you all next week BYE CHRISx x |

| OK ALL YOU LOVELY LADIES (and guys if there are any of you out there) Can you all give me your thoughts on a preferred night for a GT at ELGRINGO's Mexican in Busselton!!!! | Hi all Thought I would touch base since I haven't been on in awhile. I see Dr N this Wednesday for my first fill so that will be interesting. I am just going to have in lots of liquids just in case. So far I have lost between 8 and 9 kgs just depends on if the scales like me on the day I hop on them. LOL!! I have now been banded for just gone 4 weeks. Well I hope your lunch in Collie goes well unfortunately with all my commitments I will not be able to make it. So I will have to catch up with you all on the next one. Tracey |

| Hey Gem sounds like a plan i'll be in that! (Hopefully) Kirsty, Nice suggestion but the problem is I am a relief worker covering annual leave. I dont think it would look too good do you? | hi Neen, Got appointment on the 16th with the physician at Bunbury regional then the dieticians early July then back to Dr W. Hopefully will get an idea of date then. My bub is 13 months. the others be at school. Maybe we should arrange a GT at our restaurant? That way everyone can come along. What ya think? Gem |

| Hi Helen1 - I've booked a table for 20 - wow that sounds a lot doesn't it?! I can't wait to see everyone. It'll be like the first day I met everyone at Vat around a year ago - that was huge! 13kg is awesome Neen especially since you have been living the high life and all hee hee. Keep up the great work. My first fill was 4.5ml, another 2ml on the second visit and I'm now at 7.5ml. Some days it's a struggle I have to admit, but mostly it's fine. Hi Helen2 - hang in there and see how you go. I always had to revert back to liquids after a fill as well but it does settle. Such a shame you won't be at lunch ... are you sure you're not going to be feeling unwell in a couple of weeks? | Hi Neen, 6ml, Dr N, Because I kind of knew what to expect with the fill I have lots of liquid stuff in the fridge and cupboard, but I am over this whole thing and just want to eat. The gym is going really well and am feeling much better for it. The scales are not shifting but the body shape is. Hopefully with this fill the scales will move as well. Helen2 Ps: to all those going to lunch at Collie I am really jealous. Have a wonderful time and I hope to catch up with all another time. |

| Hi gem, how are you? how old is your little bubba?mine are 2 and 4 half.I've been feeling realy good,it doesn't even feel like i have had surgery,which is a good thing,the recovery is very quick.Went and did an aqua areobics class last week and felt fantastic.Was talking to a couple of frinds and they are keen to come down for dinner one night at your restaurant,mmmm pina colada's and margarita's LOL!.Dont know when but will have to work it out.How are your appointments going with your band?what stage are you at now? | Hi everyone, Im back from broome and had an awesome time away and have been busy since my return,so i havent posted for about 2 weeks.So far im coming to collie for lunch but will have to bring my 2 rugrats with me unless i can get someone to have them,will have to see.They will prob get bored and give me the willies LOL! | Yay Coleen and Marion! It will be great to see you again and your success stories will be so good for us all. Try and persuade Biddy as well will you?! He's always such good value and warms my soul. Good news Gem - things are moving forward. I don't know that particular Dr but the appointment is pretty easy. I had Dr Hinton and he was a darling. Just chatted to me about my health and checked me out - nothing too invasive. He was really supportive and I came away feeling quite buoyed. Hi Jo - I'm a bit of a non-socialite as well so we will probably be complete strangers on 20th - it will be lovely to meet you all the same. Wowee! Look at our list.
