| Hi Helen I just checked the BOM website and it's currently 3 degrees! It's starting to get cold at night now for sure ... no frost yet though. I originally asked for the alfresco area that has gas heaters but might get us moved inside - dunno. It was a glorious day today in the sun. 3 more sleeps girls xo |

| Hi Renae, lunch is starting at 12.00 PM but I know that a few people won't be there til between 12.30 PM and 1.00 PM due to work commitments and travel etc ... please try to make it if you can - you won't regret it! | Hi rmb2310 and welcome. Where are you located? If you're free on Friday, it would do you the world of good to meet up with the girls in Collie - they are a wealth of knowledge and can answer your questions on the spot! The surgery didn't cost me much apart from the anaesthetist appointment and some "special foods" for when I first got home. All up I was pretty lucky I think and my wait was around 7 months from referral to the big day. Hope this helps, but it may have changed a little now. Best wishes for tomorrow Gem. | Hello. I have just been referred to dr weraipitiya,to get lap band surgery, saw your comments on here, and thought i'd say hi and pick your brains if that's ok? I'm a little bit excited!! Any idea how long a wait it is between referral and surgery? and also, do you have to pay for the surgery? |

| Hi Gem Hows things?? Good luck for tomorrow.. I've had a few changes over the last few weeks ...Initially iwas coming back to Busso to pick up the kids but now i'm flying out to Melbourne that night...So i thought i'd go to Collie for lunch and then i'm meeting a friend back in Eaton and going to Perth from there.We can car pool from Bunbury if that helps? The optifast is going really well, I have been on it properly for a week but i was replacing the odd meal for about a week and a half before that. I have been on the scales again this morning( i cant help myself) and i am 4.5kg lighter than when i started...yipppeeee I look forward to seeing you next week, are we still going to car pool?? if so have you still got my number so we can sort out a time etc Nicole Nicole |

| Hi All, I hope your're all going well!! I had another fill a couple of weeks ago and feeling alot more restriction now which as the scales are on the downward move YAY!! I would love to meet up for lunch tomorrow but i'm giong to Pemberton for the w/end tomorrow to catch up with the family which should be fun...Nicole hows the opti going?? I'm looking forward to next friday it's going to be a busy day as i fly out to melbourne that night for work. Gem anytime is good for dinner for me as luckily enough i don't have far to go..The last time i went it was delicious..Maybe next Friday in collie we can make a decision as to when.
