| Hi all, I've just had a terrible thought..... I have been referred to dr w for the surgery, but does that mean it will definitely happen??? I have been so excited, and am hanging out to be banded, but hope I'm not counting my chickens... Do any of you know of anyone who has been refused the surgery??? I have my first appt next Monday... | HI Helen 1 Sorry coffee is out for me this week Im at the shop now til friday all school hours.. So unless someone wants to meet around 4ish, somewhere the kids can play .. Maybe maccas on wednesday ?? 4pm ...Ill be there anyway I would love to introduce our daughters helen1..Think they would get along great.. Ok well I have been on my optisfast since saturday night two meals a day and Im the grumpiest person there is around.. I also have a throat infection so on antibotics too .. I feel like cow droppings and my normally supportive hubby thinks its ok to sleep in and leave me with the 4 kids..I could kill him right now ... Going to work without saying good bye because I will ... So if anyone is up for coffee on wednesday come on over could really do with some other adult chat.. Oh and Scumbury and Collie Ferals as we know them by( lived there 2 yrs) LOL love it .... Jo2 :):) |

Good on you for spilling the pills, just don't rush it - you don't have to prove anything to anyone. Look after yourself #1 and everything else will be so much easier. Hi Helen1 - no biting please! | Kristy, Trying again. great news about your bp meds. it feels great doesnt it. My going off the meds didnt last long my BP went back up and I am now back on them but not as strong as before. Depression meds are on the way out though. Im a pill popping machine. I am just about to finish Cert IV Education assistant special needs, A job I have been doing for 18 mnths but am now about to be qualified. Hope you are enjoying the frost. I hate it. Helen 2 |

| Hi everyone, TThanks so much for lunch friday, i had a really good time. Its great being able to put faces to names now. Im sorry your dinner didnt go well jo2, I went to bull and bush once and they took ages to get our meals out, it was a lunch and some of us got our meals about half an hour after ordering and some had to wait over an hour....it wasnt very nice . I palmed my kids off saturday night and my choice was to go to chinese i had yummy spring rolls, satay beef, fried rice and i was really naughty and had fried icecream...yummoooooo.... ..i called it my last supper...lol The good news was that i weighed myself this morning and i still lost weight.....6 kgs down now....yippppeeee I hope everyone is well and they had a good weekend. | Hi Helen2 Thanks for the lemon I am yet to try it .. Is it a dessert or a main meal ?? I was going to go to the chemist to read the back of the box.. Wish I had posted this earlier today as Im about to have my strawberry and wouldnt mind a dessert with it lol.Our anniversary dinner didnt go too well, went to the Bull and Bush Tavern and the garlic prawns where dry and my caraborana( spelling??) was so salty and too rich that my lips went dry and ended up sore on saturday..So wont be going there again.. Made hubby promise next yr we will just go somewhere we know is nice.. Well this week Im going to try the optifast bars for my lunch as well .. But I have lost 3 kilos this week.. And Ive been cheating so not bad lol..I promise to try harder .... Ok well better go get the kids dinner ... Chat soon.. | Hi Kristy, I've been flitting around but cause noone was talking, I flitted out. How are you going, Im happy you all had a good time at lunch. You can keep your frozen pipes to yourself it is cold enough in australind thanks, this weight loss is taking all the padding, I need something to keep me warm has anyone got chocolate? | Hi all I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who made the journey to Collie yesterday. I really enjoyed seeing everyone again and meeting all the newbies!
