I'm no expert monz.gonz, but the only thing I can say is does your Dr say you can eat 1.5 cups? Perhaps you haven't had any fill yet.
I'm not doing very well at the moment - I think maybe my 0.25 ml fill was too much. How bizarre does that sound? It has only been 2 1/2 weeks and I keep thinking it will settle down, but not yet. My mind has turned to very bad slippery food, and I can see on the scales today that it is not a good thing.
Next Dr visit is in 10 days, so if no better will maybe have that last bit out. I really only had it because during the 6 weeks between visits last time I could feel the band getting looser, so I was worried that it would keep getting looser and it would be too loose. It's amazing how such a small amount can make such a difference, but it also shows me that my brain hasn't changed one bit....

Hope everyone is doing well, thought I'd try to start posting again :)
B - Serving of Chow Mein Mince
L - Popcorn Chicken Snack Box (this is pretty much the only take away I can eat now & finding it hard to get rid of it)
D - Slice of Zucchini Slice
S - Banana & Pear Mffin
I've been using CalorieKing everyday, and find it really helps to see what is in everything - but I was wondering, should we stick to the calories they say? For example on some days I'm way under, then have to consciously eat something else so I'm not way under my calories for the day.
Should I just not worry about it? Or is eating a certain amount of calories for my size important???

How about just calling yourself the star you'd like to look like?
I reckon mine would be MirandaKerr09. I think that's her name. That's gorgous aussie supermodel. And she has dair hair like me, and that's about it..lol
Sure thing. Will make a Brand Power thread. And google all my previous Brand Power posts in recipes. Others can then add their 2 cents. I like to find edible food which is low if fat and calories and high in taste. The fish cakes are awesome because of the crazy amount of protein! And when I baked them, they left a greasy ring on the baking tray and tasted like I'd come from the fish'n'chip shop. So great since we can't eat chips nor battered fish anymore.
WEDNESDAY
---------
Woke up at 7:20, didn't have time to eat brekky
1 Nescafe instant skim cappucino
1 proper fresh ground coffee, black
11:00 - 1 tub of Form yoghurt (btw, this tastes awful and of artificial sweetener)
1:00 - 1/2 cup of my chicken, tomato, zucc, potato, capsi stew with 2 rice crackers
4:00 - 2 rice crackers
5:45 - 2/3 cup of what I call taco mix - a few large spoonfuls of refried beans (no, they aren't fried, just mashed kidney means in a can - El Paso), a sprinkle of taco seasoning powder, 1/2 an avocado, 1/4 tomato diced, few big dollops of lite sour cream. YUM!
Dessert - 1 50 cal Lifesaver ice block

he he he
thanks SO much Karen!
I woke up to find my car had been broken into but your name suggestion made me laugh.
Its a great suggestion but perhaphs somebody else might like it. I am going to decline to use "rockensexpot" for the sake of my daughters health. I think if they ever saw me using it the resulting rolling around, clutching their sides, gasping for breath, heads exploding laughter might kill them!
Its definately a step in the right direction though...I need to find a happy medium. |

Im rethinking my username after Ruby called me Boombah! Made me laugh when I heard it in my head but then I thought OH OH silly me, I need to set myself up to succeed this time and being called boombah daily is what I want to escape!
Hard to find something that wasnt taken..Ill have to think about it. |

Boombah, Fluffy has more Brandpower on the recipe thread. I love it.
I think Boombah has a point Fluffy. Your very own Branpower thread would be brilliant. Go for it!

I know exactly what you mean losin it.
I can be good all day at work, and then come home to"quick, got to get something (usually bad) into me right now. Sometimes it can be up to (4) mini mud m u f f ins, chocolate or similiar. Then, other than the feeling of guilt, and i've been a bad boy feeling, I feel full and content, and emergency over. and can generally make it to dinner feeling full, and then sometimes not even have dinner, or just soup

Ruby i posted it over in recipes, i think most of us tend to have less chicken than 150gms so lesson the cal content.
Hope everyone is doing well and feeling good. Bad hair day for me with the kids and was a struggle to not go dive in the monte carlo bikkies i made for them.

Urg, I had a busy day and had to make some food choices on the run today.
Breakfast: Apple after a circuit at the gym
Lunch: Small greek salad from woolies, with a can of lemon pepper tun thrown over the top
Afternoon tea: Tuna to go, then 3 thin rice cakes with peanut butter (i know i know...) and a cup of tea with skim milk and no sugar
Dinner: beef casserole, with mashed spuds, was very lean and yummy...lots of chilli and veggies
Dessert: Aunty Betty's lite sticky date pudding and a scoop of lite toffee icecream
I gotta work on having breakfast in the morning, i'm fine on weekends, but i've been running so late, lately.

Hi folks,
I made a low fat creamy mustard sauce tonight from those Symply too good to be true cookbooks. Served it with chicken over a mash for the kids and just a spoon of mash for me . It was gorgeous . I could have licked the plate (and it had nada to do with the brandy in the sauce i promise).
