snack----coffee

late lunch----1 sm porcupine meatball, tiny potatoe

snack---2 coffee's

dinner---full sandwich--2 slices wholemeal bread, butter, cheese and apricot jam

snack----sm serve lemon pudding, lite cream

hmmmm a full sandwich for dinner tonight....i had planned half for dinner n half for later but i ate the lot for dinner....could be possible a may need a wee smidge of fill soon, overall the days food is pretty ok and i wasnt hungry but i was busy feeding the family as i ate and it was all gone before i realised rofl

not too concerned but i will definitely keep an eye on my weekly weigh in...i am still tight and for once can eat a very good variety of food....not too sure if i want to mess with it iykwim and im at goal weight so i guess time will tell rofl

T- Steak and kidney, mashed potato, baby carrots and minted peas. With some of mums "queen of lemon pudding" i think thats what its called.

Cant wait for tea! its nearly ready now! yummy!!

I can't take my morning vitamin anymore. I used to drink it with water first thing in the morning. I can take them with food, but not alone.

Hey Leanne,

Long time no type. I've been thinking of you lately. I've had my 3rd fill and feeling quite tight now. I've got approx 5.5-6.5 ml in my band. I am thinking this is what you might feel like? I have a strange feeling that someone has their hands around my oesophegus. I eat 1/2 - 2/3 a cup of food and I feel like I've had 10 large plates! It is brilliant. I have another appointment in 8 weeks. I'm about to start hitting the gym now. Currently 87kg. I will post a new photo on my profile pic.

TODAY

Breakfast - none
Snack - 1 tub of forme yog
Lunch - 2/3 cup of pureed brocolli, zucchini, 99% ff bacon soup
Snack - 1 mini pop ice block
Dinner - 2/3 cup of taco salad

Hey All!

Haven't visited here in ages... had another fill yesterday - 4mls in a 10ml band...

B - Skinny Cappuccino
S - Strawberry Fruche
L - 1/2 C refried beans, salsa, parmesan with home made guacamole and lite sour cream
S - Skinny Cappuccino
D - 3 x Pork wontons in noodle soup (about a cup or so)
S - 1 rye cruskit with nutella (i know... chocolate spread and rye... i was desperate!!)

B- Small bowl rice bubbles with skim milk
S- Nothing
L- Tuna on 2 cruskits
S- Nothing
T- 1 Fish cake, tartare sauce, steamed peas and corn.

I have been drinking alot of orange juice today as i thought i was getting a cold, but it seems it was just hay fever as i am fine now lol i have had about 4 glasses of water, not enough i reckon! I am starting to get peckish now, so might have some fruit and low fat ice cream :)

dinner----sm potatoe, sm serve curried scallops, 1 tablespoon saralee cheesecake
snack----2 shortbread fingers
snack----2 vitawheet, butter n vegemite, 2 squares chocolate

the very cold weather is affecting my band so i dont eat till around 3pm then the evenings are fine....silly band

not counting calories anymore just small serves of whatever i feel like

small handful salted peanuts

Lunch: 1 Atkins Orange Sensation Protein Bar

Dinner: 3/4cup beef stew made into a pie using 1/2 sheet
puff pastry 25% fat reduced.

Still on liquids.
B- 100ml thin custard
S- cuppa tea
L- 125ml chicken, mushroom, onion, spices, cream, made as a pasta sauce, blended and milk added to thin right down
S- 1/2 cup v8 juice
D- 150ml mince, bacon, mushrooms,tomatoes, made as a pasta sauce, blended and thinned down with water
S- prob hot choc or cuppa tea.
never been a big water drinker so i will DEFINATELY need to work on that.

Today has been a goodish day for me today ...

B- 1 peice soy and linseed toast with philly on it.
S- Nothing
Lunch - Small sumo salad, had the noodles one i had like a 1/4 of it and threw the rest out, i couldnt stomach nothing for some reason
S - 1 Cruskit with Avo on it
T- 1 small peice of roast beef, 1 small potato (OMG they were delish!) 1/4 a peice of roast pumpkin, some corn and gravy.

Drinks - 1 x 1. something ltr pump bottle of water
1 x 600 mls dragon fruit vitaminwater
1x glass milk

Now i feel like ice cream with banana topping :( i wont tho, i will be good!

lunch----1 small baked potatoe, sm spoon pea/carrot mix, tiny piece roast pork, gravy, apple sauce and crackling -- slither of pavlova

snack----1 small date scone with butter, cup of coffee

dinner----1 slice bread, butter, cheese spread, cold pork n apple sauce made into a sandwich -- slither of pavlova

snack----1 small date scone with butter, 2 pieces of chocolate

busy day with my son here all day with his lovely wife and the 2 grandsons so i enjoyed lots of kiddie time and also enjoyed a few treats to eat that arent normally on a daily menu rofl

Feeling quite hungry today so i was counting calories to make sure i didn't put anything too energy dense into my mouth - felt like i needed to eat a bit though to fill the hole. My stomach was grumbling a bit, so im thinking i need more fill?

b-
l- 1 cup of pasta with eggplant (300cals)
s- 3 cruskits with 1/2 tin of ww baked beans and 3 tsps ww cottage chz (130cals)
s - 1/4 of a rockmelon (40cals)
d - 140g chicken and 1 cup of vege curried (270 cals)
s - im thinking there is a possibility of more rockmelon for dessert!

snack----very small slither of fruitcake
dinner---1/2 WW chicken hotpot
snack----2 homemade shortbread biscuits

now sitting comfortably on 54kgs
total loss is 76kgs
dont want to lose anymore so now will try to maintain
Im not being quite so pedantic with food and enjoying
what takes my fancy but just being careful
