| Hi all, I have just been playing my mother's day present with the kids. They gave me a Wii Fit (I know mother's day is tomorrow, but we will be out all day). Well it is really nasty. It told me I was Obese and had the fitness level of a 64 year old!!!!!! How rude..... he he he he he It also gave me a cartoon picture of me. It was a chubby little female!!!!! So the challenge is on. Everyday I will be doing the exercises with my personal trainer until my chubby little female has some nice curves..... he he he he. A woman in the USA lost 40kgs doing her Wii Fit everyday. Let's see how we go. Take care everyone Mwa Shelly |

| Hi all, and a special hello to HELEN. Shazza, I 'm off to see Richard again on Monday - the tablets have helped somewhat, but this last week i have had acid issues again. However Craig is ADAMANT that Richard is not allowed to take me to theatre until I have ben to see him in theatre over the next 2 weeks and then a week in Brisbane so it could be June before Craig will allow Richard to do anything more to me! So i will see some of you next Saturday night - i will have your tickets for you at the door. Cheers Phillipa |

| Hi All, Shelly Wendy is much better and I seem to be running OK on cold and flu tablets. On Sunday we are off to Casalinga in Croydon for lunch, looking forward to it wendy likes it there interesting combination of Swiss and Italian food. | Hi all Shaz glad to hear you got through everything. What is Helicobactor Pylori? Let us know the results of the tests when you get them..... fingers crossed everything is ok. Helen is back :) and looking for a coffee/lunch date and time :) she is looking forward to catching up with everyone. Erina well done on joining contours and having restriction. Sue is right, the head thing is the hardest thing to control. Good luck. Which contours did you join? Garry drive carefully. How is your cold? How is Wendy? The kids were a little better today. The big trouble makers were not allowed back in the class. They had to spend the day doing their work in lower grades, so the children in our class that wanted to learn, could. I hope all the mum's out there have a lovely Mother's Day. Garry I hope something special is being planned for Wendy. My kids have bought me a Wii Fit. I know they really wanted it, so I said I would have it as my mother's day present, but I wasn't paying for it. | YEAH for Erina. Exercise and restriction all in the one week, you won't know yourself!! It's that 'stop eating' thing I found the hardest too, and have had a few painful reminders. Thats why we need them to invent a band that can go around our heads LOL. But I am very pleased with myself in that for the last 4 weeks I have had it under control. I am having a day off today - that is, I have bought a heap of work home, but still procrastinating so have not done any yet. But have done the shopping, washing etc, so that will free up the weekend a bit. Welcome back Helen, we missed you! Cheers Sue |

| Well I started the exercise routine on Wednesday and I have survived to tell the tale! I am headin back tonight for my second appointment. Sue - I have joined contours, which I think will suit me the best, in and out in 1/2 hour where I can work at my own pace. Joy joy joy, I seem to have some restriction!!! That yuck, uncomfortable feeling with every meal. Now I just need to learn to STOP EATING!!!! No pb yet... Hope everyone is going well. Erina |

| Ha ha ha Garry and Terrie - you gave me a giggle for the day!!! Trust me that song was definitely appropriate!!! he he he Well I survived and came out the other side and now have to visit Chris in 3 weeks. I want to know the results NOW if not sooner. Had to take a little sample of stomach fluid to my GP for her to assess whether it's positive or negative to Helicobactor Pylori (although I did do a breath test for this prior to banding) but they want to make sure I don't have that bacteria in there I guess. I will ring GP today and hopefully they will have the results very soon. Woke up for the first time without being nauseous and vomiting which was wonderful and then had my cuppa and 1/2 a cheese/ham salad sanga - that made me very happy Jan!!!! Also, the scales are looking a lot better after eating normally last night this morning weighed in 2.2kg lighter - so that has given me motivation to get back on track now and my jeans fitted a lot looser this morning instead of strangling my gut (no m.uffin top today!) Yes, Helen got back from the UK yesterday - yoo hoo Helen if you're reading this, WELCOME BACK and hope you had a decent flight back home without any snoring, dribbling man falling asleep into your space!!! xxxx Shell Belle - thanks for your advice luvvy - I actually drank the YUK with a straw and had the straw practically right down my neck!!! | Evening all, Shaz how are you going? I hope things have settled... Welcome home Phillipa, Garry is still on the road. I suppose the travel would get to you after a while, but it sounds fun for the short term. The kids at school today were awful, dobbing, wingeing, rude and pretty much little s h i t s. I told them that today was the first day of the whole year I didn't enjoy being at work........ they didn't care though, nothing changed during the day...... fingers crossed tomorrow they are nicer. | Oh Shaz I'm feeling for you honey...... I didn't think it's suppose to have that effect on you is it?.... If you're unwell with it maybe you should ring the hospital and let them know. You poor thing. What time are you going in? I think a get together is on the cards, I'm missing everyone. Maybe we will make it when Helen is back and jet lag has worn off so she can come to. I have just finished typing out my daughter's essay. She is a shocking speller!!!! They just don't seem to spend enough time on spelling these days. As long the reader can get the gist of what they are trying to say they don't really fuss about the spelling. Now days they have to type most of their assignments and when they make a mistake the computer fixes it ....... I know, I sound like a Nanna..... "In my day......." he he he he he Well best go and tidy up and make the lunches and get the hubby up and do some washing.
