Hoi All,
I have had a very productive day - just finished reading the new Harry Potter - great read, got it at 11.30am and had a few short breaks for meals and now I can rest.
Night

If i might butt in on the conversation about the reuse of jocks....... wellll there is always the commando option but I would be very worried if a teenager was going that option!!!!! lol lol lol
You know as a kid I always had a messy bedroom ...... now that I own the bedroom it is generally tidy or can be with 5 minutes of work!
WEll i am very bored tonight with yet another Saturday night and nothing to do.... hohum the life of a single mother!!!
My daughter has claimed that she is bored alllll day. This arvo we went selling chocolates for her school fundraiser........ Lucky they aren't fundraising with salt and vinegar chips are they are my big weight vice.
Anyway best think about dinner.

Shelly,
I have tried all those things you suggested, but they called my bluff, they have both just turned into little pigs that will wear it dirty if it aint washed, sleep in it
if it aint changed etc etc etc.....time to get real tough,
it worked this morning....wish me luck for next week!
Mandy,
Glad to hear that Hollie is on the mend. Shame about Shrek, he's such a nice ogre. My Dad has always hated
clowns, I wonder if he had a similar experience as a kid??
Had to go and rescue the old boy today, tyre blew out
on the Porsche, poor baby, his toy is broken. Not happy.
Catch u later everyone

Morning all, I can't see you with all this fog but I'm sure you all look gorgeous!!
Hollie is a lot better this morning thanks Terri, bit of a busy night up and down checking her temp as I didn't want it to reach dangerous levels again, I didn't know but if it goes over a certain temperature they can get brain damage, as if we aren't scared enough! No toys moving around last night although shrek had to be removed, she is scared of him now after he was talking angry to her!
I'm going to try the bedroom thing ladies, just not sure if I'm strong enough today, I'll let you know how it goes.
Helen good to see you back and even better that your son is quite lovely, mine are too sometimes....
Have a great day everyone
Love Mandy |

Good luck!!!!!! I told mine that too. So now I don't go in the rooms,(except to inspect that they are clean). They are not allowed to do anything on Saturdays until their rooms are clean, that includes turning on the t.v. If their clothes aren't in the laundry they don't get washed and if they bring out more than 5 days worth at one time, they have to wash it themselves. Be strong, stick to your guns. When they have no clothes and have to turn their undies inside out to wear a second time, they will take them to the laundry on a regular basis. They only call you names for about a month. mwhahahaha
Take care Stay warm

Garry, Garry, Garry,
Just as I am cringing thinking of the poor dead cat and
you with a hammer......out you come with something as
beautiful as all you want to see Prue wearing is a smile...
Awww..you are so sweet......I'll just rip up that number
RSPCA phone no now.....lol lol lol
Shelly,
Garry was referring to the joke about the cat, not the duck
I was playing with at lunch with Holly.
Have just laid down the new law to Steve and Mitch, Saturday morning all washing to be out, and their rooms
to be vac'd and dusted. If not done, they don't go out till it is.......Reckon it'll work???? Me either, but at least I might get it done once.
Have a good one everybody

Morning everyone
It's soooooo foggy this morning, I can't see the Dandenongs from my window.
Looks cold and eerie outside, and I have to go to netball in an hour.
Helen how nice to have a heart to heart with your son, doesn't happen very often (in my house anyway), boys/men aren't as good as sharing feelings as us women.....and it's great to look at them and think "yep your great, I did a good job" :-) puts a warm fuzzy feeling in your tummy and your heart. :-]
Best be off to the shower

Morning All
Up and at em.
Shelly to be honest the main thing I would like to see Prue wear to the next meeting and all the time for that matter is a smile.
Some clothes would be good too don’t want her to catch cold.

That's right according to this doctor, roo meat is actually vegetable... I presume grass is vegetable, maybe grain?
I have just been out for a lovely vietnamese dinner, we spend so much less out eating nowadays!

Hi all
Lots of chatting this last couple of days, low bmi's all round, well done everyone especially Jane and Prue.
Had a busy morning as my little one woke up delirious today with a very high fever, her toys were flying around her bedroom and Shrek was talking to her, the whole house was moving and the doors were opening and closing, really weird it freaked me out. Took her to hospital and spent five hours there having tests. She is fine, viral infection. Fever still up and down, just checked her and was still 38.6 but she is bright enough and everything has stopped moving (even the trees on our drive to hospital were walking!). Funny now... kind of!
Had half a ml fill on Wednesday and now have restriction, yippee, feeling full much quicker and not getting so hungry, can not eat bread now however careful. Not really tight because I can still gulp drinks etc but certainly a big help, lets hope this kickstarts the weight loss again, fingers crossed.
Writing too much, better check on my patient, was asked if she could have got hold of anything that could do this, hey man.. groovy!! How did they guess I had some hallucinagenics in the cupboard, lol.
Take care, Mandy |

Afternoon everyone,
Had a pretty average day today. I worked well with Steve yesterday as it was just the 2 of us in all day, today everyone was in and we are really under the microscope. I couldn't cope and ened up coming home b4 lunch, took a sleeping tablet and slept for 3 1/2 hours!
On a brighter note, today I wore a fitted knittered dress with leffings and boots to work today and my hair extentions and everyone nearly fell over! the factory guys jaws dropped, they all told me I was "one hot mumma!" and its the first time they have noticed how much weight I have lost. Steve even told me, you look unbelievable- he hasn't really notices me for weeks.
Anyway, Just spoke to Jane, her and Molly are coming over for a visit, so I am looking forward to that.
Hope you are all doing really well,
Speak later
xx

Hi Phillipa
I like the way you think, had a visitor from India the other day and my boss asked him if he had tried Roo meat and he went on to explain the he is a veggie.
I tried to tell him Roo is just processed grass
