| Hi Sharon it was me who is having the lemon juice in water. I was just wondering where you read about the lemon juice thing and if the water needed to be hot. I have just been putting the juice in water and putting it in the fridge. Does the hot water make a difference? Terrie there isn't much of you now so I'm sure you will fit into my handbag.....he he he Terri I hope you found the perfect outfit. I'm with you I hate shopping for clothes. | Hi everyone Best wishes to Phillipa and Sammie on the road to recovery I hope. Hi Terrie Are we still meeting tomorrow at 2.30pm M uffin in Break? Hey Tracey Where are you? I can't remember who but someone said they lost 1kg in 4 days and it may be the lemon juice. I was reading about lemon juice in hot water somewhere and it seems to work well with weight loss etc. Have been trying it for the last 3 days, will let you know. | Hi everyone, Craig good luck with the re-fill. I don't want to crush your hopes but when he took my 3mls from me he would only put back 1ml at a time. Just telling you so you don't get as disappointed as I was, but if he gives you 4ml back that will be great. I was suppose to go back today, but I canceled, and made an appointment for 2 weeks time. I am on a strict eating plan from Helen (dietician) so I thought I would give that a go before going back to get a fill. If he will give me one, last time I went he wouldn't give me one as he said I wasn't eating properly, not enough. Give my best wishes to Phillipa I hope everything works out for her this time, she has been through so much. :-| Jane sorry I missed you on msn......who is coming for dinner on Wednesday night? | Hi there Guys Craig here I am doing well weight wise however I am finding it a hard now that I have had 5mls taken out due to the swelling. I feel like i am on a massive diet, no pain no gain I spose, seeing Richard tomorow to have some put back in - hopefully at least 4 mls. will keep you posted..... Phillipa however as you know by her posting on the weekend woke up on sat morning with acute lower abdo pain, she was still in pain this morning, so I took her to see Richard he doesnt know what the problem is at this stage. He has admitted her to Miller ward at Knox, she has had CT scans abdo scans and is currently having Pethidine pain relief and is feeling a bit down. Grrrrrrrrr We must all unite our angels and send positive thoughts that she will recover quickly. Will keep you posted Garry hows the hand me down leather jacket going?? Hope you arelooking after it. LOL. Jane shame you were put on te spot about having banding, happened to me a few months ago, I fessed up and am so glad that I did now I tell everyone. :-) Craig |

| Hey there, Not much to report on the weight front, trying to tone at the moment as I don't seem to be losing the weight, so yesterday I went for a 16klm walk with the personal trainer (my 9yr old girl!), I had to piggy back her for 1klm of it and she told me it was doing me good piggy backing her as the extra weight (25kgs) would be helping me take weight off........... I wonder when my 9year became so wise??????? One of my bosses asked me today if I had a lapband done, well I nearly fell off my chair and then I did the wrong thing I outright lied and so know whatever gave you that idea??? Goodness me, oh well, I was not comfortable discussing my health choices so I just lied. Well I need to tidy the place as I have a friend coming over for dinner on Wednesday night....... See ya all. | Morning All Life in the world of the unemployed is good. Cleaning up the study today and quite a few things to clean up before I start the new job next week. Might go for a walk around the lake soon and see if there is anyone at the house, we have cabinets now and the materials have arrived for the biulder to begin the fit out, won't be long now I guess. | Hello everyone! I havent been around much latley, because I have been so busy, I havent really even been on the net that much latley. I've been busy working the past 6 days, plus when Im not working, Im organising my wedding...Its a year away, and everything needs to be book within the next few weeks, so its been very hectic trying to make a million decisons. Anyways, I seem to have pretty good restriction, but I think after my next fill it will be even better, so I cant wait, that's on the 30th. I should be training with a personal trainer by the end of the month, hopefully that helps me even more! I hope everyone else is going along ok... Bee |

| Hi everyone Phew, what a weekend. My little respite family were pretty much all sick, the baby on antibiotics, so have had an even busier time than usual, I can cope well if I get my sleep - needless to say I didn't this weekend!! Was sad to see them go though, last visit :( Nothing much to tell you except I we just had a hail shower!! Phillipa and Sammie I hope you are both feeling a little better today, keep well and rested. | Hi There, We had a good night last night the food was good and you were right Terri they asked four times if we wanted coffee or desert before the kids said yes. Wendy had the Tornados Rossini my fav and I had pasta but it was a good decision as the steak was a little chewy. Hope you have all had a good day Garry |
