| Hi everyone, Well what a few days l have had. I had back pain between my shoulder blades and thought it was just muscles. Well then on Tuesday night when l couldnt breath or swallow l thought oops lm in trouble. I was walking around the house at 2 am thinking this is it, then l thought about the fizzy drink trick. I had a huge glass of coke, which caused more pain and suffering but at least it moved something and l was able to go to bed and get some sleep, even know l sat up in bed all night. when the doctor removed the fill l felt huge releif instantly, he told me to take it easy for a few days as my pouch will be raw for all the pbing. Today l feel like a million bucks Thanks for caring it means a lot to me to have your support. Trish |

| Hi all, I am fine now went to doctors this morning. I had .25ml taken out and feeling great. I had a blockage that was letting some through, but the bulk of my food was just coming straight back up. I have been feeling really low but l am getting there. Di l dont have a good photo of me now and will get one on the weekend if that is ok. I cant wait to see our book. Nina l hope all is well with you this afternoon. | Trish did you get a doctors appointment? Getting worried about you :-( Di thanks again for the email you sent me, made me feel fabulous :-) Now have fun in Darwin and have a safe trip! Going to court to morrow to finalize the intervention order, so not looking forward to it..sigh. I'm now panicking that the judge is going to take my ex's side and leave me and my son open to abuse...not sure how it all works and that's probably why my mind is playing tricks on me. Will let you know how I go... On a positive note, I've been going for really long walks now two days, not just walks around the block but hilly tracks and walking for an hour plus. My feet are killing me today...lol...but feel really good! Now again trying to tackle the night snacking and I'll be in the 80's in no time! I found an article on the internet about a man whose tummy tuck went wrong, it's a chat board where he has been writing his progress and I'm scared now...still looking forward to it but omg what that man has been through is terrible! | Hi all Trish - how you going sweet? I've left you a messge on fb. Hope you feeling better soon...... Well - I have started putting our book together. Can you please send me any photos and stories that you would like put into it asap. I will save it as a pdf file and then I will be able to email to each of you for printing or whatever you want to do with it. It is nothing huge, flash or fancy, but it is OUR stories and it is great reading - even if I do say so myself!! | Hi all, I am really over pbing it yuck. I have done it at every meal for the last 3 days. I am tired and warn out l am gaining weight, and l think its because my bosy isnt getting anything because l am bringing it all back again. I am going to ring doctors today. There are no doctors at our local hospital that know anything about bands, last 2 people that l know that went in over the weekend to have an unfill at hospital have both ended up with damaged bands and needed a replacement hence why l have waitied to during the week. Have a good one and l will let you all know how l am when l get back from doctors. Trish |

| Neens - that has given me a great laugh this morning!! lucky no one else is in the office otherwise they would have wondered what was happening!!!!!!! | Had to jump in and share this...smoking seriously can affect your health! I was having a ciggie out the back with the dog sitting in front of me wagging his tail. I somehow from the corner of my eye saw the tail and in my mind it looked like a fly, so I swatted to get rid of the fly and ended up hitting myself on the jaw. Now my tongue is bleeding and the side of my nose has a burn mark on it. Like seriously! Quit while you can! I feel like a royal idiot. Nina |

| Colleenxxmaree might be just gas from the operation still trapped inside you playing tricks, it might last for a while. By any means if it really bothers you give your doc a call, that's what we pay them for :-) Trish that's really not good, hope you are managing...it's a horrible feeling :-( Di the same to you, hope you guys are managing up there, heard that it's a category 4 cyclone....take care and when you can, let us know you are ok please... | Hi guys & girls I wonder if you can help me I have been banded 3weeks tomorrow but when I walk I get this dull pain in the back in the centre behind my lungs has anyone experienced this please help as I am going to Hong Kong next sat and I need to do alot of walking and I am scared, that I wont be able to?????????? |

| Oh Trish - you poor bugger. What a terrible weekend! Can you get to the hospital to get some removed before Tuesday? Maybe go on to some up & gos, or sustegan etc to get through so you're getting some nutrients..... big hugs coming your way...... Don't forget to send all your April pics & stories everyone so I can put it all together. I hope to have it finished asap - would love it before April then I can email it all that have contributed. | Hi all, what a week l have had. I have moved all my office out at work to have a new floor put in, then l have stained the floor today and yesterday, might need another coat tomorrow as well. So l am pretty tired. On top of all that l have to much fill in l am Pbing at every meal and l am suffering from reflux really badly. I am living on Gaviscon tables, so no weight loss becasue l have gained since thursday. I am going to ring Doctors on Tuesday morning to see if l can get in to have some fill removed, l am pretty miserable to be with at the moment. Forever at the loo bring up the food l just ate. It wasnt too bad at the start of the week but now l am just over it, and the more l pb the more miserable l get. Theres my rant for the day. Take care Trish |

| Hi all Thought I would let you know that we are all safe & sound. Townsville hasn't had any weather from the cyclone at all which has been really weird. Little bit of rain & wind but nothing major. Thank you all for your concern..... Neens - do you pay for your fills? Mine are all included with my op payment. Opti - yuck. I came home from my surgery and the first thing I did was threw it all in the bin!! lol... I use up & go as a breakfast drink now. Are you able to get in for a fill soon sweet? I'm sure that will make a lot of difference for you. Hope everyone is having a great weekend........ I'm planning our 20 year wedding vow renewal today. So excited - it's gonna be great fun!! | Kazza thanks for that, might need to try what you are doing with the Opti (gag), I need to do something! Today's weigh-in...well...lets just say I'm back being over 100 by 1.2kg's. Sigh...I suck! Ex is hassling me again and even my mum had to put her two bobs worth in...feeling really down and depressed. I'll get over it tho, fresh new start tomorrow. | Hi nina i found when my weighted stalled i went back on opti for about a week or 2 just to kick start the weight lost then went high protein and very low cabs i have trouble with bread so don't eat it i find cruskit are good also the vitamin helped to day is 11 months post banding i have now lost 40.6 kg really happy about this i could have never have done it with out my little helper you are doing so good as well April bandits rock Kazza |

| Di lets hope it will be a category 1 IF you get anything, think you guys have had enough of rain and wind for now...good to see you back here, we miss you when you are gone :-) Trish you are doing so well girl! Hope you had a fantastic anniversary :-) Did your hubby make up for the darts? Evelyn 35kg's gone forever! You go girl!!! In regards of quitting, even if we WANT TO give up, we can't. I've been at the stage of giving up so many times already, gone to have a binge and after a few biccies had enough or had a pb and decided it was not worth it. I'm really stuck at the moment with my weight and trying to eat different things and move more to start losing again. Losing about 100g's per week if that...not good enough at all. | I have made my bandiversary date the day I started optifast and my initial goal was 40kg, but I have .3 to go to get to 35kg and I have 2 weeks to do it, shouldnt have any probs with that, that will also put me in the 70's which I am ecstatic about. Evelyn ss |
