| Hi Mermaid....I have just had an overfill and reflux was bad....my surgeon prescribed Somac 40mg daily till I could get to see him as he was away on hols...My GP prescribed them and it fixed the reflux.....The other thing is to not have any more drinks after about 5pm to let it and your meal settle earlier before bedtime....hope this may help..Col | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Thanks Trish - that was a great idea to put our list in date order! WOW - and we all rock - each and every one of us!! So exciting to see how everyone has progressed - and watch how their lives have changed as we lost weight. Can't believe it is a year today since my band. Best thing ever and I will always be a big advocate for it!! I've got today off so I'm having lunch with a friend and chilling out a bit. Only 5 sleeps till I go to NZ now! So excited... | OMG we have lost almost 500 Kilos 495.3 thats a huge amount. I bet that we had updated details for every one we would be well and truly over the 500 kilo mark. |

| Hi Kazza Aw - you poor thing - hope that you are feeling better now! Sending big hugs your way. I will enjoy my trip to NZ. This time next week I will be sitting at the airport waiting for my first plane. So exciting!! I'm still out on site at the moment and I've woken up this morning with sore throat and feeling a tad yucky. Not sure if I've got a bug or if I'm just so run down and tired from the last weeks stress. I have been out to manage a redundancy process for 6 of our employees. Yesterday wasn't a good day at all as you can imagine - and now I feel like shlt.And my band was so so tight yesterday - I'm guessing from the stress that I had to really be careful with what ever I ate and drank. I know it will settle now that this has been done. Back on site today then fly home tonight. Think I might take Thursday afternoon and Friday off to try & get well before I go home. So looking forward to getting to mum & dad's for some tlc. lol.... Can you believe that it's a year already?? I know I can't. It'll be Christmas before we know it! |

| Hi Di hope you enjoy your trip home have had a bit of a problem last week i picked up a tummy bug and ended up in cas having fluids as i got dehydrated and could not get enough fluids into me 'they were lovely in cas had to have a drip and a couple of bags of saline bounced back really quickly and this week all is good i am sitting on 42kg loss all up and really want to be in the 70 for my first anniversary which is on the 7/04 the April bandaids are really a wonderful group Kazza |
