Looks like my darling Mum has sent me an angel in the name of Gillim, thank you Gillim, as I said before you really have me intrigued and you're so darn good I even thought you were me, sheesh! I was starting to think your posts even sound like me and then I get to the quotes and thought "bloody hell it is me" Then I get to someone called Slender (I think) and I think she thinks it me, well no bloody wonder if I think it's me and I'm giggling as I type this. Like choockle I've enjoyed today's banter and I can't believe the much needed hearty laughs I've had. Slender, honestly I wouldn't be so stupid to be using fake IDs. You really think I want the Police to come to my place to confiscate my computer and me too on the basis of a report I submitted? If I was using a fake ID I wouldn't be stupid enough to use the same writing style. Especially not long posts that's my trademark. Geez a couple of weeks ago Doreen reckoned I was rhonmi, now I'm Gillam. Does anyone else want to tell what user name I am? Feel welcome. As I said before I've been on this and the previous board for nearly three years I think and even I can't figure out what user name is who although I have my suspicions, so you newbies who think you know who - who is - sure are clever little duckies. |

| Copying, pasting and reposting Doreen's (iamdoingitforme) post. sorry if I offend anyone here, but these issues are not new , I remember similar 2 monthsago, I think in some way mikkee must be related to that jerry from a few months back same type of nasty posting was posted after my grandaughters passing ,so very low and hurtful ther is no place for , jokes or nastiness around those who have just lost a loved ,none are justified as many here ,remember this well I lost my grandaughter I also remember being very upset,by nasty comments then 27/9/08 new nasty id's giving me hell ,much the same as has happened now, so not funny ,when it hurts you , and your loved ones ,I can assure every one , my grandaughter was born early and died 45 mins later , not long ago 27/9/08, it still hurts bad to discuss , I will never forget ,the nastiness of a few comments posted then( so bad yahoo deleted them ), link to comments http://au.messages.yahoo.com/lifestyle/lap-band/10 3969?p=46 also I would love to thank all those, who have been there,sent good wishes etc , and helped my family since , this is just so odd and similar , the posters must be related or have mental health issue's to post such awful comments at such times ,Doreen |

| :::::::::::;(( my journey here is over ))::::::::::::::::: fellow bandits , may I wish you all as successful journey as I have had may I assure you all I have always posted under 1 name only iamdoingit4me because I did it for me I have also always tried to post my name ,Doreen after my posts it is , also my real name and I have also always had my email available, as is my photo on my profile sadly postings today , have made me realise, (( my journey here is over )), I do not need this type of rot in my life getting and recieving constant threats and emails was not, to be, part of my journey , I was just trying to assist others here though sharing my success I have spoken to so many lovely people here but will not name them , they know who they are so thanks guys for all your support , my family now comes first now I am SKINNY (lol) I can run play with them all and get on with my ,life as thats why I got banded lifes too short to be unhappy and feeling depressed I have the most wonderful family and they will now be my priority , I will still answer emails but no longer feel this is part of my life , I fully believe ,without this band , and positive thinking etc by now I would be much heavier and even more unhealthy than before have a great day ,Doreen height 157cm start 110kg , size 22/24 :((BMI 44.63) banded (1/10/07) at 104 kg now 66kg :)size ,mostly all 8's now :)(BMI 27) now size 8 jeans:) iamdoingit4me@yahoo.com.a u |

| I just really cannot understand mine at all especially my cholestrol being so high ,it was way lower when I was fat lol, iron low ,below5 ,when I take 2 iron tabs a day (I do have heavy periods )but I also eat red meat etc daily and low b12 well I have no idea about that but again I have just spent a fortune at chemist to try and help fix it all (((so now take )))daily 2 centreum 2 ferro -f-tabs iron 2 magnesiunm forte 400 and 2 b12 tablets as well 15mls as clemmets liquid iron and vitamins suplement so they all hopefully will come up and now only gotta workout why the cholestrols gone so dam high, just cannot win ,Doreen |

| Blood tests just wondering if anyone has had regular blood tests done since banding (13 months) after banding I recently went and got some blood tests done as I thought I was going through change of life ,the results say I am not but got a surprize at other results cholestrol (6) never was high before dr thinks body is producing extra also iron low again , back on 2 iron ferro -f-tabs aday also low in vitamin b12 , has any one else had these problems ,Doreen |

| Dear Doreen, I live in country northern NSW, think I read you are around Browns Plains, one son lived there for awhile and I go up there sometimes, around Gold Coast actually, just weighted in and scales show 2kg less than yesterday, must be an error, will keep on, only 8 days to go, cheers jonty |

| jonty , what city are you in ?, I love the strawberry opti ,but chicken soup I could not have, awful,I even used it with some fine cut ,boiled veg and I still was not keen , so out it went ,good idea sticking to dietitian till you know what to do afew visits is usually enough ask about the plan thing from your dietitian she may know about it , keep safe and stick with it , you will really benifit from it ,Doreen |

| Hi Doreen, Well got thru first day on optifast o.k. soo busy with bookwork, didn't really have time to worry too much, had strawberry for breakie, chicken soup for lunch and coffee milkshake for dinner after my plate of vegies, however I did have an apple in the afternoon as I only got to have one serving of vegies, also spoke to dietitian to-day, will stay with origional one as not sure about the community health one as lapbanding is all new to her, mine seems pretty switched on, was just thinking of saving a bit of money as the op is going to leave me at least $6500 out of pocket, even with health fund, could even be more, won't really know until the end..thanks Doreen for your tips, keeping a little notebook re ideas, cheers Jonty | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
