| yes 65kg was my original weight( I thought of ) a weight I knew I liked ,me /my body have wanted to achieve for it again for so long , but saw it as too hard still not at 25bmi but more than happy ,have been so much happier since I got to size 12 (that was my size goal ) any weight Ihave lost since getting to a size 12 has been such a bonus and now ,I am in mostly 8's no aching back etc and I feel great ,Doreen |

| looks like that platuea is gone , these were 2 days ago height 157cm start 110kg , size 22/24 :((BMI 44.63) banded (1/10/07) at 104 kg now 67.5 kg :)size ,mostly all 8's now :)(BMI 27.4) now mostly size 8 must because I am not sitting here all day lol, NOW DOWN AGAIN ((((65kg bmi 26.4))) I still think my positive thinking is best key to this ,Doreen |
