| Doreen My photo was always on my profile too until two people ridiculed it and continued to attack me for being "still fat" "porker" "porky pig" "have you seen her photo ROFLMAO" even though I had lost over 40 kilos, a size 12/14, weighed 168cm tall so I withdrew my photo along as did many other users on this board. The last nasty comment made by mels.mania is what caused me to withdraw my photo, up until then my profile photo was displayed for four years before it was withdrawn. You requested on General Chat for mels_mania (Mel) to email you obviously to discuss whether I was using a fake user ID because after contact with Mel away from this board you posted on here many messages accusing me of being different user names and stupidly saying - old bandsters know who it is. Chookle talks about credibility yet you ask Mels.mania about fake user IDs when I have PROOF (not assumption like you) that Mel is using a fake ID. I have eight photos although not updated for two years available for anyone to view on Ozband and Gold Coast Bandsters, they have been displayed for nearly four years on Ozband and nearly two years on Gold Coast Bandsters. Is it any wonder people are reluctant to post their profile photos here, this is the last place you'd expect a size 12/14 who used to be a size 26 be attacked for being still fat etc. |

| chookle/FOWL You have just shot yourself in the foot in reference to your remark about "someone" and I'm not referring to credibility which you obviously don't have but it's obviously an obsession that you'd like to have credibility, otherwise you wouldn't be boringly repeating that word over and over on different threads. If you had credibility you would not have mentioned her name or referred to her post therefore focussing attention on her post which I know she wouldn't want and she'll be disappointed that I have even responded to you but you won't get the message to stay out of things that are none of your business. Next year I will recommence co-ordinating Brisbane Get-togethers on a monthly basis at the Milton Coffee Club which is the venue that Sue and I selected after spending two full days scouring Brisbane for a suitable venue to suit the various needs of Brisbane people considering Lap Banding or the Sleeve Gastrectomy. Bradleynoo kindly took over from me and co-ordinated these get-togethers when I was disabled for a long period of time but now I'm well ((((so having read the whole thread ,Brisbane Bandsters??)) it appears .......... (nic first suggested coffee club on 25/6/07 ) nic ran them at milton ,before her working ,took over) ................. first comment about milton meets , by leanne ,about milton meetups was 18/7/07 "even though it's only a two hour trip. I used to regular attend the Brisbanders' Lunches that Cath on Ozband organ es but I can't make it to those either at this stage." (it clearly says (((that Cath on Ozband organ es))) ...then on 21/7/07 leanne talks of meetings "she" arranged "Just a tip in case you don't know. When I used to arrange get-togethers at the Milton Coffee Club for large numbers I used to make an arrangement with the manager that everyone would pay as they ordered, first says cath/ozband and then saying she org *** ed meets , so ,I do not think ,I have done wrong noone was doing meets , I got asked thats how I ended up doing it, one of her ,friends even asked me to do it, anyways ,does not matter Many people have emailed wanting my support (over 30) are on the list for our meetup , I have met most,many are new on their journeys and really keen for success ,Doreen 65kg |
