| Jane, there's some wonderful inspiration & motivation in those pics! Don't I feel like a dill though? On Kim's site, I was reading up on all the rules, nutritional stuff, & other interesting tidbits, as well as looking at the weightloss pics, & the journal on the home page. I was pretty wowed by all that stuff, didn't even NOTICE there was 'latest journal' entries, & that she was struggling again. She did so well, I really hope she gets there again! Fee |

I looked at each of those 40 pages - there are lots of really amazing and inspirational photos there and then I read Kim's Journey... not all of it but really interesting, although depressing that she still found it necessary to do the South Beach Diet and then went back to Weight Watchers... she looks great though. You get to see a 10min video of the lap band surgery via the lapriscope ( I guess that is what it is ) and the surgeon talks you thru it. VERY very interseting! http:/www.foodtalk.com.au I also found this interesting. It's Trudy Williams site and she discusses food intake for lap bandits! Post-Op liquids/mushies and once onto solids. She has books that you can order too. A good general book that I purchased was "Weight Loss Surgery For Dummies" ( yes they have one for us too!. What don't they cover? ) I purchased this book thru Collins Book store ( or you can get it at Angus and Robbinson, any good book store really ) They don't stay on the shelf long I was told so you may need to order it.
