| I am a mother of four and I found that all of my kids urine had a very strong smell whilst they were teething. They all drank plenty of water so they were definatly not dehydrated. Hope this helps. |

Could he be holding it in and not going as often during the day?
If you are worried then a visit to the doctor (who should ask for a urine sample and do tests) should put your mind at ease. |

| If his pee is not dark it could just be something different he's eaten? Beetroot does the same thing to my nephew! |

| My 3 year olds urine has been really strong the past couple of days. He drinks a lot of water and gets a lot of electrolites so I don't think that he is dehydrated. It is not a uti. So what could it possibly be? It smells pretty bad. Any ideas? |
