My oldest daughter was born with two bottom teeth as well. She kept them until they fell out naturally when she was in kindergarten.

My daughter who is two weeks old was born with two bottom front teeth today she had a dentist appt. and had to have them pulled it was awful. She is doing better now but thatwas hard we kept her teeth the dentist said they would eventually grow roots but the doctor said they would probably fall out first due to sucking and it posed a threat cause she could swallow them. weird stuff!!

I am 30 now but my mother and my grandmothers told me I was born with 2 bottom teeth when I was born. I always wondered about this!

Babies born with teeth, i have heard of this before, i was very concerned when my twins were young as they were not getting teeth when all the other kids did, they were 2 and a half before either of them got any teeth.
They are now eight and my daughter has lost 5 or 6 teeth but my son has a loose one only now! |

My daughter and grandaughter were both born with teeth. (12 and 10 ). We have never had an answer from anyone why this happened. My daughter has suffered really bad with her teeth throughout her life, I just hope Megan doesn't have the same problem. My 3 boys never had any teeth, but I have another grandaughter due in Jan We will just have to wait and see.

My son, who is now 10 months old, was born with one tooth at the bottom. It was strange hearing the medical staff in the operating room scream "this baby has tooth". Anyway, because it was loose and I was afraid he was swallow it, I tooth it out within a day. He started teething around 3 months. He now has 7 teeth, (8 if you count the one he was born with). He never had fevers or those tantrums that people say babies get when teething. I've been told that I am blessed that he gets his teeth without problems. By the way, that tooth he was born with, was his primary tooth...he will not get another one in that spot until he gets his secondary teeth (Adult Teeth).
