Hi Gypsy

I haven't tried OptiFast, I have tried OptiSlim. Basically from 2 different companies, like Woolworths & Coles. If you read the back, their content is very similar. And Optislim often goes on 2 for 1 sales which is a huge saving! Chemist Warehous is doing this, both in store and online now.

The OptiSlim is thin when you drink it. I was hungry when I drank it, and in about 5 minutes I felt it "thicken" in my stomach. I think this is why they say you have to drink it at once and not save it for later.

I always get the Vanilla Optislim, because you can add diet flavours (topping etc) for variety - just check the kilojoules per serve of whatever you add, otherwise it defeats the purpose. 2 teaspoons of coffee (pre disolved in a small amount of hot water, then put it in the tumbler with the cold water, then adding the Opti) is a yummy way to start the day!

Good luck with whichever you choose!

Jason

Gypsy,

I did both the Optifast and the Optislim.
And the OptiFAST win hands down - they fill you up heaps better, keep you fuller longer and I think taste better.
Oh, and the optiFAST are the only ones that are medically proven/doctor approved.
They are wll worth the extra cost I believe.

Hope this helps,

TARA
