" MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKERS " Reply to this message
hi, i have been on optislim meal replacement shakes for a month , they taste aweful. i have now changed over to "fatblaster" shakes and wow what a difference, they taste so much better. they are not as sweet and you make it with skim milk, it has 50 calories more made up than optislim but thats because you make it with skim mikl instead of water like optislim. you can lessen the calories by mixing it half milk half cold water. anyway i wanted to share with all the meal replacement shakers out there that this is a really good one, it goes nice and thick too and we know that is great for filling you up. it is a bit higher in carbs than some but i find it is still working. the cheapest place to buy them is online at " epharmacy.com.au" at $27 a box. they cost a lot in the shops so i wouldnt bother. anyway just wanted to share and i hope others might like to join this thread, no matter what shake your on. please tell us what shake you are on and how you are doing.
