| I kick-started my weightloss with reductil but only took it for 2 weeks to help get over my cravings and sugar/carb low... I wouldn't take it for longer because I couldn't sleep at all and it was really affecting me in my normal life. It really helped because I LOST 6 KGS! This only took me 10 weeks, and then Christmas happened and I put on about 1.5 but lost that in the past week. I'm going to keep trying to lose weight without reductil and then use it to help me through my plateau when that happens. For me the trick is to eat LOTS and LOTS but not give into cravings. So I eat masses of food, but its all healthy low-carb foods and I'm trying to cut out more sugar. I have a beach vacation coming up in a few months and want to look good in my bikini! | I have tried reductil and it didnt work at all. I tried taking 2 pills a day in case the dosage was too low, and it didnt really do much at all. And I slept like a big fat baby, no problems there. What did work really well was those tablets that ADD kids take, they're brilliant. They kept me awake at night though. |
