| I have just joined sureslim. Like you I have tried all the fad diets and did not stick to them. I am a bit concerned about what you do when you have to go out ot dinner at a restaurant. | I have just joined sure slim, and am delighted by the messages of success. My biggest problem is afternoon bingeing, and I really hope to overcome this by using sure slim. Any tips would be gratefully received. | hello shezza 2005. Thats so great to hear that you lost 18.8 kg in 9 weeks. I was just wondering did you do any excercise on the sure slim diet and did you stick to the diet without giving up for a day or two. I have just signed on to the sure slim plan and I am nervous. I really want to lose the weight i gained. could you or anyone who have done the sure slim diet or who are currently on the plan email me and give me a few of your pointers on how you coped with the diet. | Ive joined sure slim and in 9 weeks Ive lost 18.5kgs. | Hello, I have seen the ads and it all looks good. Can you tell me is there a standard fee? Do they charge huge amounts like Jenny Craig? Do they provide meals? Thanks Peter |

| Congratulations, My husband also joined up with sure slim, he has lost 30 kilos so far. I decided that as I had to cook his meals I would also eat the same, I have lost 20 kilos.
