| Thanks Belinda, I really cant afford any extra money a week to lose weight, not that much anyway. I have decided to do it cold turkey. Eat proper low fat, controlled meals at correct times. No snacking in between and especially on the "C" word hoooo I love the "C" word....lol BUT if I am not snacking on it then I will also save a bit of money Yipppeeee a double win hey... Cya :) |

To answer these questions are really only very general as my individual program would be different from someone else. The program I choose cost about $115 per month, the programs are designed to teach you a proper eating habit with foods that your body requires and can perform to its fullest, You can choose a meal replacement program which I did, the shake that I choose was great I chose my own recipe followed with some multivatmins that I chose my body was lacking, I felt some changes in the first few days while my body was adjusting to the new diet and then within a week I felt on top of the world, lots of energy, less stressed, able to go about my daily family tasks and enjoy life in general. I did not have a lot of weight to loose (about 2-3kg) but I did loose ( 8-10cm) which changed and shaped my body like never before. I have continued to eat great meals and feel great after 6 months. The biggest thing I can say is if you give something enough time to work and work at it it will work!
Cheers Belinda |

| I wanted to share my Herbalife Weight Loss experience with others, as there is such a huge market for weightloss products out there it can be very daunting to know which one is the right one and how much it will all cost??? I took the plunge and chose Herbalife and I have to addmitt I am feeling on top of the world, I have lost the excess weight, shaped up my body, and my skin is shinning I have lots of energy and people comment all the time about how great I look, with all that my life has just blossomed!! If anyone is thinking of Herbalife, I can say it is worth the phone call to just ask and see if it is for you. Please call me if you would like some information on Herbalife for weight loss.
