Try making a salad with your dinner one night and then for lunch the next day use the left over salad (caps, cucumber, carrot, tomato etc) and empty a can of flavoured tuna over the top, add a splash of paul newmans ranch dressing...tastes devine and is easy to pack for lunch if you add the tuna just before eating.

I have mine with a few sakatas or just on it's own.

It's nice and fresh and filling and tuna is a great source of protein. My fav flavour is vinegarette or sundried tomato.

HELP - quick well rounded meal Reply to this message
Hi, I am so busy these days that I end up eating sandwich after sandwich... And it's not healthy, for sure!

I can't see that I am putting on weight, but I am sure that I am not getting a well rounded meal as it should be. How can I get my proteins, my fibres and all the stuff we need in a quick bite?
