I understand your concerns with Splenda, but have you ever read some of the additives in just normal food then looked up what they really mean?

Chocolate should only be a treat and if you are not consuming large portions of this product it should be safe.

When it comes to coffee and tea I use CSR Smart sugar this product is 50% sweetner and 50% sugar.

Is Splenda a safe product? I'm wary of artificial sweeteners in general but don't know what Splenda actually is. They can also give you "the runs". I used to be a chocoholic but now allow myself a couple of "special" chocs (Haigh in SA) about once every few weeks. They're so full of flavour that I don't crave the usual commercial chocs.

Hi Steph

I buy mine directly from a Darrell Lea store. It can not hurt to ask your supplier to order these bars in for you.

Thanks for that info Bonnie.
But can you buy Darrel Lea in the shops or only at their specialty shop.

Hi

Just thought I would share a new product for all you chocoholics.

Compare this with Tony Fergusons Sugar Free Dark Chocolate 45g bar

As you can see there is not much difference in the normal Cadburys compared with the Chocolate that Tony Fergusons recommends. So if you are watching your weight and still want your chocolate reach for a Darrell Lea Milk Chocolate Sugar Free bar, as a minute in your mouth with this product does not end up being a month on your hips/waist line.

Now we can have our chocolate too.

Bonnie
