Hi Tara,
I'm 175cms and was 92kgs.. currently 80kgs.. goal weight is 68gs..
I'm currently taking reductil along with a very healthy eatling plan and 2-3 hours exercise a day. The weight is just falling off. Reductil works to supress your hunger and keep your metabolic rate up. You still need to eat well and exercise. It has next to no side effects compared to duro mine (which can cause heart disease!!, a worry becuase i was on it not long ago before i found out).
My eating plan is below to give you an idea.
Breakfast
Tony Ferguson Shake
Morning Tea
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
Lunch
1.5 cups of steamed veggies
Afternoon Tea
1 servce of fruit
Dinner
Lean meat
1.2 cups of steamed veggies
Keeps me full all day. Don't forget to drink at least 2 litres of water every day.

HI tara, somebody has given me the name of a book to read, all about weight loss, and its so easy.
no watching calories, no weighting your self. and i'm not feeling hungry all day long.

frustration is my name. i am 24, 174cm, 83kg, and can't seem to lose weight. i have been on a strict diet and exercising for the past 6 months and have lost maybe 3-4kg (and that was at the start).
i exercise 5 days a week, i have cut all of the unnecessary sugar out of my diet, eat healthily (can't remember the last time i went to a fast food place) but can't seem to lose the weight! HELP! |
